I came here about a week ago and wow I was extremely satisfied with not only the customer service but also the food. A great experience that made me want to come back more frequently! I was so satisfied that I asked the guys name that took my order because I knew I wanted to write a review and send some kudos his way. His name was Alex, so thank you Alex for being excellent and thank you Carl’s Jr for hiring Alex.

My cashier was Alejandro, and he was very friendly and very fast. I have not gotten this kind of service at a Carl’s juniors in a very long time he was great, and my food was hot and fresh. This man deserves a raise.

Took advantage of a special on the app for a take out order. As soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted by Alex, the Manager. He saw me step towards the bathroom and offered me a key before I could even ask. When I told him I’d hit him up later because I placed a mobile order he used my name to ask if I wanted it to go. By the time I made it back, he was handing me my order. Best service ever!!!

It was a long wait but food was freshly made and really good. Burgers were juicy and well cooked. I did have to ask that the burger maker employee put gloves on which they did

The beyond burgers are so legit! It’s such a flavorful experience yet doesn’t leave you feeling heavy like beef. Of note, the manager did not shoo away a homeless gentleman who exposed his genitals cleaning himself using the water source outside the drive through. He instead told the gentleman to use better discretion with customers around. Honestly, that’s honorable and shows care and kindness. It was still pretty off putting to see a soiled homeless person by the drive through window exposing himself though, but I appreciate the manager’s angle.

This location never has any cars which worries me, buuuut everytime I come they have great service and are so nice! However today I ordered my 2 orders of nuggets and the way I ordered them I can see why they messed up so I went in and the manager fixed it to where I just paid the difference to get my two orders of six piece nuggets. I went inside also though because I was already waiting for my food to be made and they told me to wait around the corner period and when I went in it didn't take long I got my order and they gave me my nuggets but when I got my nuggets there was one missing and the lady in the back look like she was irritated that I needed to get another one made which yes it was only one nugget which seems little amount but it was still the point because I already had to reorder them and then on top of that they missed one and I wasn't going to wait another 10 minutes for just one nugget so I left. I appreciate them because the manager handle the situation very well when I did need to get my orders and the guy in the Drive-Thru was very very nice to talk to and very polite but it just seemed like it could have been a little bit better.

I take my son on lunch dates after school. We are always greeted with a smile from manager Alex and served promptly. The lobby is immaculate and atmosphere is very comfortable. This is our favorite location.

I was there for 3 western burgers and it was to expensive, I want to cancel my order because of the high price, but then the DT attendant suggested me a special because I told him I only have $20 dollars for 3 western. 3 western was over $20 so he sold me 4 western for $19.40 for 4 wow that was e better deal. He said if I ever want this deal again to ask for the 2 for $9 western bacon chez burgers. In this place.
