Shout out to Anna (shift manager) and Noelle. Two of the most kind humans I've ever bought coffee from. Listened to my needs for the teacher conference, and they knew products well and had good recommendations based on my needs. Were extremely nice and really took the time to help me when I needed it most. Very amazing people. Kudos to Starbucks for hiring and retaining such incredible young ladies. Thank you so much Anna! The teachers are going to be so happy because of you!

Busy place, but folks are always very friendly. I appreciate the availability of tables and outlets for my laptop. My only complaint is the noise level from the background music. So it's not ideal for meetings. But there are plenty of tables outside, though you will have to contend with people who think that they were cool when the reve up their sh#*y car or bike.

Service is fast. I usually mobile order when I'm at Bel Air or Orange Theory Fitness, and by the time I walk over, my order is ready. There is a lot of seating inside.

Good location, the staff is friendly and our drinks are not too sweet. Overall I trust this location to make me a good solid drink and they manage my mobile order just fine. This is my go to location near Natomas.

Very nice people. Efficient, quick and consistent. That is quality customer service! I would recommend this place to friends and family. Plus the place is very clean and looks beautiful on the inside. The bathrooms were clean too which is a huge plus! That too me indicates that they care about the customer experience as well as the cleanliness of the building.
