Today I just had coffee with mom and left nothing to complicated but the place was clean people were friendly and the coffee was hot so everything was as good as can be expected the place wasn't too busy just us and 1other table so if the manager would have come to our table and ask us how everything was and maybe offer us a free refill on the coffee I'd have given them 5 stars

This Jack-in-the-Box is good. The food here is turns out good. My only complaint is that they don’t have a bathroom but at least the whole restaurant doesn’t smell like a bathroom like the other Jack-in-the-Box over on Marconi and fair Oaks.

Very friendly staff. My buddy was ahead of me in line and his meal was served before I even had a chance to order! And during the lunch rush even. Good food and great speed.

It's great. It just need faster service. Sometimes you have to wait for awhile for them to make it. But everything else is great

James Jack-in-the-box on Watt/Marconi attendant Wednesday Sept 6, 11:52-12:20 AM ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY, ACCURATE!!! Best JITB drive thru attendant EVER! Give this man a raise! Made me smile despite the 6 car pile up and 15-20 min wait. Happily giving this man my $$$ 👍😁👍

My son and I were there this afternoon’s, We did not see not even one homeless people. There were only 2 people working and they are super busy, nice and quick.

Drive thru. Jumbo Jack Cheese. Lg coke. 2 tacos. Paid. No tacos. Said he'd bring them. Burger getting cold. Back thru drive-thru. "Didn't charge for tacos.". Not my problem. Replace burger or refund order. Refused. Did give tacos..Burger cold with no condiments. Sucky service. Manager worse.

Did not give me my order EBT didn't want to say I payed for it it might have went through women didn't know but the machine said it took my EBT do not know might have charged me for but I did not check would not reprocess it and did not give my food there was money in my EBT might have charged me would not give my hamburger
