This Jack-in-the-Box is good. The food here is turns out good. My only complaint is that they don’t have a bathroom but at least the whole restaurant doesn’t smell like a bathroom like the other Jack-in-the-Box over on Marconi and fair Oaks.
Very friendly staff. My buddy was ahead of me in line and his meal was served before I even had a chance to order! And during the lunch rush even. Good food and great speed.
It's great. It just need faster service. Sometimes you have to wait for awhile for them to make it. But everything else is great

ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY, ACCURATE!!! Best JITB drive thru attendant EVER! Give this man a raise! Made me smile despite the 6 car pile up and 15-20 min wait. Happily giving this man my $$$ 👍😁👍
My son and I were there this afternoon’s, We did not see not even one homeless people. There were only 2 people working and they are super busy, nice and quick.
Drive thru. Jumbo Jack Cheese. Lg coke. 2 tacos. Paid. No tacos. Said he'd bring them. Burger getting cold. Back thru drive-thru. "Didn't charge for tacos.". Not my problem. Replace burger or refund order. Refused. Did give tacos..Burger cold with no condiments. Sucky service. Manager worse.

Its great cuz they accept ebt for fast food ! And u cant beat them shakes they r the best!

No cars waiting in the drive thru, I actually placed an additional order at the window and they let me use an additional coupon in the same order. Many places won't allow that. My food was hot & fresh.
This Jack in the Box accepts EBT, which can be useful for some. Open 24 hours--truly (except for a half-hour period somewhere around 4am--their registers shut down for a reset). The food is always pretty decent.
