I am always greeted and welcomed kindly here. The service is great, everyone is very nice and professional. There is so much space inside and outside to sit and drink. It's also dog friendly, I bring my dog from time to time and we get to sit and relax here while enjoying the view, shade, and drinks. I love that waters are free and they allow you to use the restrooms, which have locks and are always kept clean btw. I usually come here after yoga or a walk at William land park.
I never leave a review until today. People are really nice there, especially a person who wears a cute mask today! I was self study for my future career. It's also my first time studying at Starbucks 😄 The atmosphere is really good! I felt guilty that I didn't have a small cash for tips 😕. I'm a shy person, so I don't know how to communicate better to them and should ask his name. 😅
Amazing place. Made my favorite drink correctly in a first time visit after multiple trial and error with another Starbucks. Even offered us water.
Friendly staff. Ample seating space. Gets crowded on hot days and parking is very tight.
Has a few "regulars" that use it as their home away from home.
Outside area is nicely gated and has a nice shade. Wifi is strong and without interruptions or slow downs.
Overall, not bad at all.
Everyone who works here is pretty great in the morning when I come in to pick up my Decaf Mocha (don't make fun of me). Jeff and everyone else who works here does a great job of being organized and treating each customer respectfully. Thanks again!
Really enjoyed the customer service provided by Ryan at this location. He went above and beyond to try to remake me a seasonal drink in his own way. Wasn’t having the best evening and the customer service he provided lifted my mood. And my drink was amazing! Well done Ryan. Thank you.
Very friendly staff and comfortable outdoor seating area. My chai latte was delicious and done just right! Great option to pick up your daily coffee or tea.
The patio on the side of the store is nice and quiet. Is not a busy street, nice place if you're trying to study or catch up on some reading.
I can't say enough good things about the customer service I received at this location. - Oct 31, 2021 - around 5PM in the afternoon, My Barista was an older gentleman with Glasses.. - I've received the best customer service from the Barista - I should have gotten your name, Sir. But I thank you so much for your care and service from the bottom of my heart. Thank you!! I live far away from this location, but I will remember here :)
The baristas at this location make it great. They're very friendly and communicate with customers, and always do their best with the never-ending crowds from City College.
Some of the customers are a little odd, but every time someone tried to be creepy a barista stepped in to help. Great place to study after class or work.
