I cannot believe this, but I think I like hotpot more than kbbq? The flavor and cuts of meat here were next level, I could not stop getting more. The price was very reasonable, about $35-40 per person, just make sure you chow down to get your moneys worth. They also gave us complimentary ice cream at the end 😋

Very good broth but no seasoning to add but garlic and scallions. Kobe beef and Angus ribeye included in all you can eat for 38$... that's a no brainer.. overall a good experience..

My friends ordered for me and the spicy broth was really good and had a good level of spice. Wasn’t enough to make you have to pause for a minute because its too spicy, so I enjoyed it! I wish it came with a wider variety of veggies but overall it was amazing. Only 3 plates that were double stacked with meat was more than enough for 3 people.

Best after a cold day! The wait staff were super accommodating, clearing out a table for us quite quickly as we arrived later in the evening. They were very friendly during our entire stay making sure we were well taken care of. Sounds like it’s a pretty popular place and reservations are typically recommended. Went with 2 others and decided to order 3 individual items as opposed to the AYCE, but it was still a very generous portion of food! Each one came with the plate of meat and a bowl of veggies and noodles. We could choose up to 2 different broths to have and they were delicious. Also came with a complimentary scoop of ice cream to end off the meal! Very solid shabu shabu, would recommend and come again.

My favourite restaurant in Sacramento - their hot pot is to die for, I come back almost weekly for it! All the ingredients are super high quality and fresh, and the soup bases are all delicious. The service is always great, I like the music and the setting as well - although the price is not the cheapest, it’s 100% worth it.

One of my favorite restaurants in Sacramento. The meat, veggies, and noodles are high quality, and the spicy tonkotsu broth is delicious. It’s a small space so it’s best to get a reservation, but they are always very accommodating. Service is really attentive too. Haven’t had a bad experience so far.

Heat Shabu IS my favorite Shabu restaurant in Sacramento to the point where I go there at least once or twice a month with my husband or friends. Even during the summer I'll go here. One of the servers knows me and almost has our order down pat. No other shabu place compares. ATMOSPHERE: place is small, but clean. They open at 500pm so get there a little early cuz once they seat the first group it'll be a while for the next seating. Usual wait is 30min to an hour depending on the day. They play hip-hop and R&B which take me back to the 90's/2000's which is right up my alley. Brings me back to HS & college. FOOD: our normal order is as miso, spicy miso or Tonkatsu, 2 large American Kobe, jalapeno poppers, killer shrimp, s*x on the peach. ALL VERY GOOD! and more than enough for two people. Meat & veggies nice quality and fresh. The brooths are flavorful. At the end of the meal you get free matcha ice cream if u still have room for it. PRICE: we usually spend about $50-80 for 2-3 ppl on a normal night here. We usually don't do the AYCE. SERVICE: food comes out quickly. The waiters check on the tables regularly and when u order more food they come out promptly. *Marsha is the best. She's always so nice 😊 I love this place. Probably one of my top 3 restaurants in Sacramento.

They had good vegetarian options and definitely will be visiting next time. Food is delicious. And green tea ice cream at end is scrumptious.
