I stopped by because I liked a song playing there then I realized that as I was coming in it smelled like sweet Thai ice tea being freshly brewed noe that got my attention... as I come in I was greeted very nice and was seated right away. I looked at the menu Nd to my surprise a vegetarian menu available...now that's thoughtful for many restaurants don't have that. I of course ordered a Thai tea and a delicious chicken asparagus with brown rice on the side and let me tell you it was delicious I finish my visit with a fried ice cream that was to die for. I found my new favorite stop and do please try it you won't regret it. Not another street food restaurant but a actual fine dining with flavors that are Thai cuisine.
Super good!!!! Coconut shrimp is on point, seafood medley with the green curry was mouthwatering and a great bartender. It has a great ambiance and a dog friendly patio.
Pleasantly surprised to find a great Thai restaurant in Sacramento which was perfect for family lunch! Authentic tasting!
First time here last month with friends and I'm glad I tried it. We had fried rice, spring rolls, Thai teas, potstickers, drunken noodles, and the papaya salad... so good! Absolutely recommend the papaya salad and noodles.
The food Is really good, I did not feel that the food was 100% pure Thai food, but it was very tasty. Good table service. Prices are good fair, and good quantities of food in each dish. The decoration of the place is pretty nice. The good thing is that they close at 9,30 pm on week days that give you 30 minutes extra than the others restaurants in the area. I totally recommend it. Something really amazing is that the restaurant has a parallel vegetarian menu with all type of options. This us a pluss! Give it a try!
Great ambiance to enjoy well crafted Thai dishes. Many of the dishes are a twist on authentic Thai. Try the red curry seafood and fried salmon for interesting flavors. Service is good as well. Two pieces of feedback for the restaurant: Clean the dish with the chillies on the table, on our table and next to ours they were all dirty. Reconsider the live singer, the guitar player was untalented and his singing out of tune. The music is also too loud.
Our favourite place to go when we’re in Sacramento. The best part is that they have a separate vegetarian menu. The food is super yum and quantity is generous. I would highly recommend to try their drunken noodle!
This was the easily the best restaurant I’ve eaten at in Kingston, Jamaica. I ordered fried rice for in-restaurant dining and ordered curry and pad Thai to take home. I enjoyed the curry and fried rice the most. My server(s) provided a nice selection of condiments to increase the spice level of the dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant and would gladly visit again.
Second time being here. & it was lovely. I took my sister here and she instantly fell in love. Our servers Vicky and Chris was very nice and of course the food and appetizers came out delicious. I had the lemongrass salad but added both steak and shrimp and got it made medium hot. It came out nice and tasted wonderful. Also had the handmade spring-rolls which I wasn’t a big fan of but they were doable. Overall it was all lovely and we plan on coming back.
Orchid Thai has wonderful clean and modern ambiance, which is great for a stop in Midtown. It is arguably one of the better Thai places on the grid in my opinion, albeit a little more expensive because of that fact. However, I liked how authentic the food is. We tried "Thai spicy" level of spice for the noodles and it was actually thai-spicy. An actual Thai place on the grid that gives you that mouth numbing experience!!! The curry is more coconutty than other Thai curries I've had elsewhere. You will enjoy it if you like curries with a strong coconut milk taste. The portion sizes are huge!!! Lots of leftovers, and this is coming from someone with a huge appetite. Payment & tipping is with a person coming directly to the table with a card scanner.
Finally dropped into this great place after passing by for more than a year. Very upbeat interior and even better outdoor area to enjoy the great cuisine and people-watch like crazy. Our server made very good suggestions from thr menu, and your order will be prepared mild, medium or spicy according to taste. Open late every night and highly recommended!
