I had the Anthony's Doubles, Lasagna with Fetttuccine Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce had a big load of pure cream and was as smooth as satin and absolutely wonderful. The Fettuccine was perfectly al dente. The Lasagna was 5 thin layers thick with a perfect mixture of ground pork and beef, mozzarella and spices. Covered with the best marinara in town. Thick with whole tomatoes, onions, delicate touch of garlic, a little parsley and of course pepper and I'm sure sugar because it was just slightly sweet. My wife had just the Lasagna Anthony's is small, seats about 40 in a strip center in South Natomas. Best to get there right after opening at 5 PM because it will be full by 5:30 PM. He will have at least 5 turnovers by closing time. I have never had to wait for a table longer than 10 minutes. Customers are coming and going all the time. Great people watching because it's so small. Open to young people on first dates, families of all sizes and of course seniors. You can order ahead of time for take out or have delivered through one of the commercial delivery companies. It is our favorite go to place for Italian.

Great little local secret. They make the best marinara I've ever tasted in my life! (Includes the sauces I tasted in Italy). Their lasagna is to die for!

Went here for dinner Thursday. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and wife got linguini de mare. My spaghetti plate was huge, flavorful, and yummy. Could have used a little salt but that's fine for me. I ended up taking half home. My wife finished her plate. Service was outstanding. A small restaurant so they were always asking if we needed anything. A pleasant surprise.

Small casual dine-in / take-out that is well worth seeking out. We eat here every time chance we get. Their sauce is the best I've ever tasted! We had the lasagna and the chicken Parmigiano. Both were delicious. See the before and after photos as evidence.

Anthony's is "old-school" Italian cuisine, in the BEST sense of the word. My husband and I dine here at least once a month, and are ALWAYS beyond impressed with the quality, (quantity) and authenticity of their food. The scratch-made Lasagna is delicious; the Fettuccine Alfredo is the best alfredo sauce I've ever had; and the Eggplant Parmesan is simply the best. The place is tiny, but that just adds to the old world ambiance. Casual and the service is delightful. You can't go wrong with Anthony's.

I was in Sacramento for a few days on a business trip and had a craving for something Italian. Anthony’s wasn’t too far from where my hotel was located so I decided to order the Pasta Carbonara to go and it was honestly one of the best tasting Pasta Carbonaras I’ve ever had with all the flavors just right. Prices are incredibly reason for the proportions since they all come with a choice of soup or salad & garlic bread. This should be your go to Italian restaurant for anyone in the Sacramento area!

This is a small but super delicious place. I am really happy I live in further away as I would go here quite often. I go out frequently to a bunch of different areas and the price here is fair. I used to go to Bruno's in Livermore and when I moved here I was so happy to find Anthony's. Family run and some of the very best service. The picture I added here is Cioppino. It is a seafood stew in tomato broth. It is soooo good! For years I have been in search of a fantastic Cioppino. If you also love it come here. If you live out of town make the trip you won't be disappointed. The first time I ever had Cioppino was in San Fransisco at restaurant on Pier 39. I fell in love it there and I continue to love it at Anthony's.

We were heading to the airport and needed a good lunch. Stopped at Anthony's in a group of 7. They were very friendly, very attentive, we had lasagne, salads, pizza and fetticinni alfredo and all was delicious. Very reasonable priced. If I lived in Sacramento it would be a weekly meal.

A quaint place in true Italian style. The Service was spectacular, The atmosphere incredible. The food..... OMG awesomely mouthwatering goodness. Went here with my daughter and grandkids for post graduation dinner. I would make a trip back up here from LA just for the food.

Anthony's is not the fanciest Italian restaurant you will go to. It's a small, cozy place in the middle of a strip mall in Natomas. Don't let that fool you, though. Their dishes are simple yet very well prepared. Marinara and other sauces are made in-house, and the dishes prepared in those sauces are delicious. We tried the cheese ravioli and the eggplant parmigiana, and both were wiped clean. It's a nice little Italian gem in Natomas.
