Mr. Jim's Pizza

I wish this rating could be a 0. After my sister waited 15 minutes on hold, I called the store from my cell phone. A new employee answered, bless his heart, and he tried to get back to my sis after I explained she was still waiting. When we told him the Mr. Jim’s website would not let us order online, he said he needed to get the shift manager. When my sister explained the situation and asked if we could place the order over the phone with the online coupons, the shift manager said curtly that we could not, there was no reason we should not be able to order online and she would not help us at all with our predicament. So I talked with her and finally realized she must not enjoy her job very much to be so bad at customer service and to not know how to train a poor new kid. So I told her we would definitely not be ordering from her store again and called the Wylie store where we were treated quite nicely. I think the new kid should ask for a transfer and maybe that shift manager should find a new job where she doesn’t have to talk to people. It is sad because our family grew up ordering from the Mr. Jim’s in Rowlett. The service has really gone downhill. They have permanently lost my business.

Pizza is great! When they get it right... I have tried this place so many times. However I will no longer give them my business. On today's journey it took 1 and a half hours to get my pizza and Jim Sticks. When I finally received it I was so ecstatic! Opened it up, and "awww! Not again!!" they put green peppers instead of green olives.. Again. This time I called and they told me that they had ran out of green olives. So I guess they grab the next closest thing (in color).. All they can do for me is offer a cinnamon sticks and a pepperoni pizza replacement. I hate cinnamon.. Customer service is key, and reviews do a lot nowadays. They don't care about their customers apparently. Btw check out the pics from previous orders!

Ordered a ultimate double cheese pizza and all I can say is omg, this is the best tasting pizza I have ever had. My pizza was made fresh and fast and the customer service was amazing. I will be eating here again this has been a great experience and the pizza is much better than any pizza I have had in TX so far .

I never leave public reviews but I'm seeing so many negative comments about the experience at this location that I wanted to publicly say my experience with the staff at this location was fantastic. The gentleman that answered the phone was pleasant, courteous and competent when there was a little issue with my address. The driver was extremely friendly and talkative even though it was rainy and cold. Kudos to the staff today at Mr. Jims! On a side note, the pizza was good too!!

Not bad but not great either and definately not worth what I paid for. The bread was very hard to chew and the pizza itself wasn't something I'd die to have again. Next time I am in the mood for pizza I will just visit Napoli's. Their large may cost a little more but the serving size is better and not to mention the taste.

This is Sorry Pizza! Don't order here! My pizza was delivered cold & the pizza was burnt. I called them and told them about it and they had a less than professional attitude-could care less. No customer service. Disappointed that ROWLETT couldn't have a better pizza place. Bad, cold pizza ! Not worth ordering!
