Service here sucks. Never have breakfast, even after an hour of only being open. You place an order online and they take your payment but when you pick up the food they advise they don't have the food and they won't refund the money, you have to call.. literally call their HQ and ask for a refund which then takes two weeks to get. STAY AWAY!!

Worst taco bell I have ever been to. They never have breakfast ready and they always decide to stop serving breakfast well before its time. They have issues with cooking enough breakfast for the morning. Worst customer service as well. If they shut this taco bell down, I wouldnt be surprised. But as the employee told me, th.y are franchised and not corporate owned so take it up with corporate

we asked if they the Mexican pizza yet. We were told it was only a rumor and they do not have them. The girl stated it was posted on TikTok and is only a rumor. I did mention we saw the ad on TV and their website. She stated thats because it was posted on TikTok. I would like to direct the Rowlett store to your own company website! In the end when I got home our order was incorrect, keeping with the consistency of our conversation!

This is probably the best Taco Bell in the area. The drive-thru is fast & the food has always been loaded when I come here. The staff are also nice here, still sounding nice to people in the middle of a rush even though they're probably exhausted.
