Asked if the pizza was fresh got to my truck it was cold and hard, it was old, no napkins to be found. Bathroom was out of order AGAIN. You sell food it's against code not to have one available. Dirty store, manager was working s a cashier employee was just sitting there watching the 10 deep line of ppl. They obviously can't run a store need to get it back to corporate ownership.

No self pride in appearance of store front. Trash always littered in parking lot. Younger thin female with short curly hair sometimes straight hair yells at other workers in front of customers. New older sweet female worker doesn’t respond to questions. Not sure if her English is up to par. Go to QT or another 7-11. This place is poorly managed.

Cashier was not wearing a mask. They are on the other side of the plexi glass but she was open mouth coughing. Not trying to cover it as she was wearing gloves so it wouldn’t help anyways. All of my items were pulled on her side of the barrier for her to ring up so she’s coughing on my stuff and bags it all up in nicely bundled germ sack. I have gone to this location many times and every time I come in she doesn’t smile, say hi back, even when I thank her I get no response. She seems distracted.

Cashier was very rude I just asked if the redbull was on sale she proceeded to role her eyes and ask if I had a rewards number I said I wasn't sure can I try my number. She rolls her eyes again and said "yea thats what it says on the sign". I just said ok mame im just asking I didn't read the fine print on the little sign She then interrupts me and says "it's a big sign" I said that's ok I will just buy this on And she rolls her eyes again and just brushed me off to leave. I had to ask for my change I don't care if it's a penny I should not have to ask for change This is horrible customer service !!!!! I wouldn't go here if it wasn't walking distance from my job. To the cashier if you hate your job that much then you shouldn't work in customer service you should be away from people so they can't see you rolling your eyes and having an attitude over a customer asking about a sale. You are just loosing sales having her work there you should get somone who knows that there will probably be questions on products and sales it's part of working in customer service and part of the job.

Dear local 7-11, please bring back the regular black cold brew. The regular cold brew went away and was replaced by a vanilla flavor leaving an ultra sugary-vanilla flavor or an ultra sugar-infused mocha flavor. My office down the road keeps checking in for the regular straight black cold-brew, no luck yet but we can hope! While I am at it...in my ideal 7-11 world, there is one flavor of Bang energy that is missing from your shelves, Root Beer, Please consider adding this to your collection. It would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to buy a full pizza amongst other things and was told that "I don't make pizzas"...it's the employees choice to make them or not. That the machine was used too much today. Are you f-ing kidding me? He made a pizza to sell individual slices, there were 2 slices still in the display. What kind of establishment is this. I have shopped at 7-11 for decades. I have never dealt with this sort of thing from any of the employees. I was about to drop $30-40 in there, but walked out instead and didn't spend a dime. Never going back to that store ... EVER!!!!!

I went in, found my favorite sweet tea, went to the counter, didn't have to wait. Asked for my brand of smokes at the counter, and even though they weren't on the shelf, the friendly woman running the store dug through all the back stock cabinents, found the carton, and opened them up. At some places, the person working the counter would have said they were all out without bothering to look. I left in less than three minutes with tea, smokes, receipt, and a "Happy New Year!" from the awesome woman at the counter.
