Subway

Tonight was the worst experience ever at this location. My 12" sandwich was made with the amount you would put on a 6". The bread was half baked. They were out of most vegg6and meat. And the girl who made my sandwich and rang us up doubled our order and didn't even blink when she said that will be 26$ for two 6" and one 12" sandwich. I said that's not right. She then walked away and said ,pointing to her Male coworker, he will take care of it and then walked away. We had to wait till he was finished making someone's sandwiches before we could get our order taken care of. Training your employees is a must if you want to stay in business. Very unsatisfied with my visit tonight.

Staff not trained at all and didn't work well with each other, neither sandwich artist knew the price of a kids meal and when I asked the manager her exact words were "um well i guess i could look that up for you somehow", no fluidity at all. I waited over 30 minutes to get one sandwich and waited at the register for 10 more for the manager to return and ring up my sandwich. Definitely visit another location not this one!!!

Wow, I didn't know fast food could be this slow. I was 2nd in line and it took me almost 25 minutes to get two subs and a bag of chips. 1 guy was basically doing all the work while someone was in back and a 3rd was only doing them meat, they acted as if they couldn't handle veggies. Facility is nice and clean though, 2 stars for that.

Came in for two sandwiches dining in with only one customer present who had already eaten and finished her food, so very slow. Very polite worker helped us with our order, but the selection was poor and they didn't have what we wanted for our initial sandwiches, so we had to settle for their very limited selection of items. No tomatoes, no guacamole, no honey mustard, no philly cheesesteak or steak, no meatballs....we actually bad to ask "so what do ya'll have?". They were missing over half the items on the menu, then no ice for our drinks!!! I asked for some and was given a small cup. But the worst part was hearing a worker and manager cuss at each other in arguements about the work environment and management issues with us able to hear the whole conversation. Very unacceptable!!! VERY POORLY MANAGED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR RETURN!!!! I wonder who owns this place?

Came in at 2:41pm, doors are open, I walk in and there’s a sign at the counter stating, “Returning at 3pm.” Also, two customers eating their food just shake their head and state they’ve had horrible service. Last time I came in, they’d run out of veggie patties. Okay. Im not returning to my local subway.

Today I went in at 10:30am and for the THIRD time in about 6 weeks, they didn’t have the bread I requested. There wasn’t any even baking to be ready for the lunch crowd. At this same location I also waited 25 minutes in a line of only 3 people, ordering one sandwich each. Really frustrated but since the Round Rock store closed, options are limited.
