Chili's

Haven't been to Chili's in awhile. Don't plan on going back. This is supposed to be chili. It doesn't even look like chili nor does it taste like chili. It tasted like taco meat from Taco no Bueno. GROSS! Then look at my one cucumber that came with my salad. What is that and why can I see through half of it. Never again. Do not go to this chili's. Trash. Even the service was terrible and they weren't busy at all. This place won't be there for long.

Once we arrived it took a bit of time to get our drinks, I understand, some days it's understaffed and we all have attention lapses from time to time. Despite having ordered our dishes when we had the initial drink orders, we had to wait a ridiculously long time (the table next to us, who were seated minutes after us, were on their full and happy way out by the time our food arrived). Unfortunately my steak was over-cooked while my mom's steak was under-cooked, and it couldn't help but seem like the doneness orders were somehow accidentally reversed. Likely an honest mistake, but not looking good for our dinner. Then... The steak that I requested to replaced mine was undercooked. I mean RAW. I can see the precarious balance a chef contends with firing up a rare steak, but having a medium-rare steak cooked well under rare? An act of spite is questionable at this point, but I'll at least give them the benefit of the doubt: here's a single doubtful star for you Chili's.

I don't do reviews or anything but my best friend is pressuring us all to write one because she thinks you all deserve a 5 star on google lol. We went like a week or two ago and it was prolly the best experience I have had out at a Chili's in a long time. Homegirl that takes people to their tables held open the door and already had our menus so we got to the booth really fast. She told us about all the free stuff we could get and she was downright hilarious tbh. I wish you all wore name tags I don't remember the names but the door lady had awesome orange hair and freckles and the server had curly thick brown hair and green/hazel eyes. The server was cool and nice! The drinks and food were nice and the manager was real peppy which brought the mood up even though she wasnt even talking to us but the small table beside us lol. The girl even held the door open again when we were leaving and welcomed us back anytime. Keep it up you all we will be back soon.

I came here with my family and it was absolutely phonomenal! I got the bacon burger which was absolutely amazing and my mom got ribs, my dad got waffles with chicken on top, and my younger brother had big mouth bites. I actually am amazed at the food, but I am baffled at how nice the service was our waiter who’s name I believe is Joseph, was so, so nice and very respectful too. He was patient and very funny. Overall one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. Ever.

I don't normally write any reviews, but my experience weekend before last was phenomenal. First off, every other time I've visited this location I have NEVER been greeted at the door. However, this time the door was held open for me and my friends, and the hostess already had our menus in her hand. They don't wear name tags, so I didn't catch her name, but she had lucious strawberry blonde hair and freckles. Upon entering the restaurant, it was so much cleaner than past visits, especially for a Friday night! The hostess took us to our booth promptly, explained how we could get either a non alcoholic drink or their amazing chips and salsa for free, and was SO FUNNY. We felt very welcome even though we could tell that everyone was a little overwhelmed considering the amount of people they were serving at the moment. Our server (who's name I cannot recall a week or two later - I want to say Cindy or Sydney, I'm not sure she had beautiful eyes and beautiful wavy brown hair) was also awesome. Our drinks were on point, our food was fast, hot, and delicious, and we could tell the manager (another redhead) really loved her job. Upon leaving our server stopped by to thank us for coming in, and the hostess again held the door for us as we were walking out and made sure to let us know that they would love to see us again. Thanks for turning things around, Chili's. We will definitely be returning!

Our family eats at this location often. It is a convenient location to our house. This day we had some time to kill before our movie started (theater located in same area) so again very convenient. Food is always on point and we always have excellent service. This visit was no different. Chilis is doing something right at this location. Keep it up and thanks.
