I've eaten here at least 5-6 times. The foot is always excellent, and I try to order new things when I go back to a restaurant. So far, the flautas, tacos, enchiladas, and quesadillas have all been great. Best Mexican option in the area
I found this well known Mexican restaurant in Rockford MI to continue its food menu expansion. The grilled chicken salad was delicious. The presentation on a seasoned large grilled tortilla was eye popping as well. The manager even broke out a new keg of DOS XX beer for our table. The Tapped keg filled up our 32 oz. ice chilled glass steins was quickly delivered to our table of four as well. Great service 👏.
Service wasn't the greatest, but the food was AMAZING!! Prices are a bit steep but.. Overall experience wasn't too bad but it could have been better. They do add a 3% charge if you pay with card and not cash(Didn't know that until we got our bill, and didn't see a little 3x5 card stating it until we paid our bill at the register). Not sure if we'll come back because of overall experience.
Great food, and exactly what I expected. Service was great, and we were well taken care of. Get a pitcher of Margarita, the Acapulco, and choriqueso dip. Then walk across the street and play retro video games!
Always good food, big portions. Good tequila selection too. Service was better than ever this last visit.
Food was great, but the service was a little slow when it came to refills or even chips, to the point that my cheese was cold and hard before I even got more chips 😕
Went there on a Friday night. The place was pretty full and busy, but we were able to walk right in and be seated. I was bummed that the food took ONE HOUR to come out. But, I guess it was worth the wait. The food was really good, just bummed about the service wait time.
I love the bright interior but mostly I love the open-air shaded balcony. The steak fajita nachos are the best nachos I've ever had. Very glad that we have this eatery in.oir community 🙌🏻
The wait staff was excellent. A little disappointed with the burritos. Heard great things but our experince was disappointment with the seasoning (bland). If we go back would try another option.
Wow the food was SO good! I got the southwestern enchilada and my husband got the burrito loco. You could tell that the food was made fresh the chips were warm and crisp. My daughter got the chicken strips and they weren't like every other place. They were legit chicken pieces that they breaded there and fried there. It's been a long time since we had really good Mexican food at a restaurant.
