This place ruled and was totally awesome. The food was top shelf for sure, the wait staff was very good. And even the kitchen guys were super cool when we thanked a couple of them. I would recommend this place to everyone I know that passes through the area. My only complaint would be.... There's no sign on the building.... There's one on the road but when you get there I feel like I was at the wrong place or something. Sign on the building would be great. I have lots of friends and family that live in the area or drive through it often so yes, recommend already hahaha

Food was really good and the service was friendly but our waitress forgot to put in our order for the shareable and it quite the wait for her to return to take our order. we understand everything is higher priced now due to the economy and rising cost for staffing..but my dish, lemon chicken quinoa, could have been sized more proportionately for the cost. We will definitely go back as it was a good experience would recommend checking them out!

Rustic, hunting and fishing decor with seasonal additions. Good food with some wild game choices, steak, burgers, fish, pizzas and more. Good service and a relaxed atmosphere.

We did the Thanksgiving take and bake and it was incredible! Not only well thought out (all the dishes were packed perfectly, easy to fit in the oven together, simple instructions on how to cook everything) but they all tasted great! The meat was tender and juicy, the sides were well seasoned. I was very impressed and hope they do a Christmas one as well.

At first I didn't actually write a review, but after reading the experience of some others I thought I should write one. I had the bluegill (fish and chips). It was excellent. Light and crispy. I skipped the chips and got the house salad instead. It was also good. Really liked the wild rice soup. Our server checked on us just the right amount of times. Not too many and not too few. Overall a very nice experience.

Excellent! Our waitress was friendly, timely, and helpful with her recommendations. I have food intolerances and her knowledge made me confident I could enjoy my meal. The ribs were cooked to perfection, tender, juicy and fell right off the bone.

Everything was fantastic! Our waitress was so helpful and had a great sense of humor. The wine was great and our meal was even better. The steak and ribs were fan favorites. Would definitely recommend!

Stopped in for a quick lunch, and boy was it quick! Had our food in about 5 minutes. I ordered the gyro and fries; food was fresh and delicious. Kirsten was very prompt, polite and attentive. Great ambiance as well. Look forward to coming back soon.

Update: 7/23/2023 Based on our bad experience Timber's Inn reached out and wanted us to try the restaurant again. We don't often give places a second chance if the first experience is terrible, but they offered and we took them up on the offer. This time we decided to go on a Friday night, rather than a Monday night, to see if we could get them at a time with more patrons and see if the increase in customers would help the overall experience. The difference was night and day! The service was prompt, friendly, and professional. The wait staff was on top of drinks, circling back to see how things were going, and checking in to see if we needed anything else. This time we all decided to order something different than the last time, so this review isn't exactly "apples to apples", but everything was delicious! I tried the buffalo soup (which was a first for me) and my wife got the rice soup and it was perfectly seasoned and just the right portion. This time I got the salmon and my wife got the shrimp scampi. Both were great! The kids both got kids meals (pizza and chicken tenders) and the only complaint was the BBQ sauce. My kids like sweeet barbeque sauce and the BBQ sauce they serve with their kids meals is probably the same spicy/smoky BBQ they use on ribs or wings. While I thought the BBQ sauce was delicious it is not a 'kids BBQ sauce". Overall, everything was well prepared, well presented, and delicious. I've kept my original review below for context, but I definitely see myself going back. I'm glad we gave it another chance! Original To say the food underperformed doesn't do it justice. My family ordered two burgers, pizza, and jambalaya. The burgers were burnt, the "lightly toasted" buns looked and tasted like they stayed on the grill 10 minutes too long. Completely ruins the taste of a good burger to just taste the charred remains of what used to be called bread. This, coupled by the fact that the server disappeared for so long after the food arrived that by the time we could have complained it was too late. For $18 per burger it was a darn shame to see it go to waste. The Jambalaya was seasoned perfectly, sauce was great, and shrimp was great. The veggies were all crunchy and the sausage was like rubber. I've never had the Jambalaya here before but I expected the veggies to be cooked. For $30 I expected cooked veggies. The pizza was delicious , well seasoned, sauce was tasty, crust was done perfectly. The dinning room was empty, and for $85 of garbage I am not surprised.
