Came into place my order. A lady watched us come in and she continued to sweep the floor & dig in the trash for 8 minutes. A man came out we got his attention to place our order he apologized for the lady he thought she took care of us already. She then started to make our food without changing her gloves. We let the manager know and he asked her to wash her hands and change her gloves she stormed to the back and had a attitude the entire time. I appreciate both of the young men for their help. They trashed all the food of ours she touched and got everything made for us speedily and apologized again for the service. But they still got my order wrong & when I call it is the busy tone.

We ordered ahead online at this location & everything was good. The food was good & so was the service. Please note that they don't drop the fries until you arrive to pick up your order so there will be a little bit of a wait (even with ordering in advance online) but I would prefer it that way (personally) because that means it's hot & fresh. Me and my husband eats there alot. When in today said would be a 30min wait because a basketball team was waiting on their order that was fine because it is always great. So today the meat on the burgers where cold. The fries was cold and soggy with oil. Order and sat in the car to eat. Now stomach is messed up. 😫

I absolutely love five guys. I have gone here for 5 maybe 6 years for my birthday. And they are always amazing. I always challenge myself with the Cajun fries.

My blt double cheeseburger was very good. Fries were delicious. Worker gave me the wrong shake after she forgot I ordered one 🙃. Overall food was great

Little bit of a wait, but SUPER efficient. EVERYONE is doing EVERYTHING. Manager can cook, serve, and discreetly train all at once. Impressive, clean, and I love the teamwork. And the burgers, duh. 😉
