Unless you’re physically there to stand through the unnecessary long line and walk them though it step by step your order will never be right. What are specific instructions for if they don’t even read them. Soups salads are apparently a thing.

Sandwich was made perfect but my bread felt like it sat out all night. The cashier/sandwich maker was really nice and fast. Over all, I had a great experience

The ladies working were very unprofessional and somewhat rude. I ask for meatball sub and the lady ask what I needed on it I said peppers and She put lettuce on my sub no peppers available and they acted like I was bothering them instead of them helping me. I will never let these ladies fix my food again.

It is very rare that I leave a negative review, but my experience at Subway inside BP on Anderson Road was so terrible that I have to say something! I ordered a footlong tuna sub with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and cucumbers. I consider that a very simple order. The girl who made my sandwich told me she was new..apparently it was her first day. I didn't pay much attention to her making my sandwich but I did notice that it was falling out of the wrapper when she gave it to me. When I got home, I opened my sandwich and not only found no cucumbers...I found NO TUNA on almost half of it. The rest of the sandwich had tuna, but not much. Okay, the girl was new, so I was more disappointed than angry. I called the store and spoke with Amelia, who put me on hold, only to leave me there until she picked up the phone and hung up. So I drove back to Subway with the hopes of getting another sandwich or at least more tuna on my existing sandwich. Before I even got to the counter, Amelia yelled out "there's nothing I can do about your sandwich." Nice! I never raised my voice and I was very polite. I cannot say the same for Amelia. She was rude from the get-go. I asked her to make another sandwich. She said I could have one if I paid for it. I even asked if they could add more tuna to my existing sandwich. That's against policy. She said she had called her manager twice and could not get an answer. She did offer to call again and I agreed, much to her disappointment. Of course there was no answer. It was then that she looked at her coworkers and said "we don't have time for this." She had no time to rectify this disaster of a sandwich? I guess my order wasn't important enough. She said I could call her manager tomorrow between 10:00 and 5:00. So I left. I did call another Subway. I was told there were a lot of complaints about this location. The young man was so nice and helpful that I drove to his Subway and bought another tuna sandwich. I found it kind of funny that the gentleman standing behind me to place an order at the BP Subway also went to the other location to place his order. I understand franchises for those two locations have the same owner. I hope he/she reads this review because they need to know the night and day difference between their restaurants. The staff at the restaurant on Main St at Food Lion was wonderful. The staff's incompetence, rudeness, and absolute refusal to assist a customer at the BP location was totally unacceptable. I could say a whole lot more about my feelings for Amelia and her apparent inability to handle her job. But, I bought two tuna subs tonight and I am going to at least try to eat one of them...even though I'm so angry I'm not sure I can eat anything. One thing I am sure of, I will never go to Subway at BP again!

I miss some of the sandwiches on the old menu, but the chicken bacon ranch was pretty good. Just make sure you request they cook the bacon before putting it on your sandwich.

Possibly the nicest staff I've had the good graces to encounter. "But it's so busy at lunch time." Want to know why? Because it's worth the wait. You will leave with your food and a sweet memory of two ladies that have kind hearts and contagious smiles. Thank you for the memory!!

I had to wait quite a bit of time to check out because the machine stopped working. But the staff was amiable. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because they did not offer a kids size tuna sandwich and refused to do one for my child. Every other subway I have ever been to has been able to accommodate but not this one...

The food was great and everything was fresh. The employees were very nice and they were quick on making the subs and didn't make any mistakes
