Cookout

The service is very nice and the food is delicious we got our food in no time. The mic for the drive through at most cook outs you can barely hear what the person is saying but the mic at this place is better than most places. There where plenty of room in the drive through, it wasn't too crowded or anything probably because the service was so good.

There was an African American woman with a braided weave bun at the window. She was extremely rude. When I pulled up to the window, she did not even say hello or turn her head towards me and held my drink out of the window and I was unable to reach it so I had to verbally tell her that I could not reach the drink. Then she held her hand out for payment, still without turning her head. She then flung my bag out of the window and held her finger up as if I were a child until my payment processed and basically flung my card at me. She represented that location absolutely horribly and she needs to be terminated. If this is how she treats customers, I’m surprised this location is still open for business. I will never come back to this location. She is the perfect example of a terrible and unprofessional employee. As a manager, I would fire her on the spot for her beyond poor customer service.

STOLEN FROM!! Contacting headquarters. Slow and have messed up the last 3 of 4 orders. Had an attitude when I tried to replace the last order. I won't be coming back. I was also STOLEN FROM as my bill did not match my items. They stole about $4 from me. Do not come here and if you do check your food and your bill. Don't get STOLEN FROM like me.

Stay away unless you want to be overcharged and ripped off every time you go. Price is never the same, sometimes even differing up to 5 dollars more than what it should be. One portion of fries being spread out to count as two because they didn't drop enough... oh and you can never seem to give me a receipt with details on it. Just the total and nothing else You people are crooks

The food is always good, but tonight my order was incorrect and I was double charged. The manager, Myra, apologized and corrected the order and made sure I was satisfied. I’m giving them 5 stars due to the manager’s customer service, taking the time to get my order correct and taking care of my refund.
