Pizza Hut

Today is Father's Day. I asked my husband what he wanted as a Father's Day gift. He said he wanted me to take him out to Pizza Hut. When we got there, we knew we would have to wait for them to open, because we were a few minutes early. They were supposed to be open at 11 AM. They were late opening. When we got inside, they didn't have the salad bar ready. The girl sat us and we ordered our drinks. There was one other table which came in after we did. And then a single older man came in, so they weren't "busy". When she brought our drinks, we were ready to order. My husband ordered a pizza and I ordered a sandwich with fries. I specifically told her "no lettuce" because I can't eat lettuce due to a health issue. I ordered the fries "plain". When she brought my order, the sandwich had shredded lettuce and the fries were seasoned. I told her that I couldn't eat the sandwich because it had shredded lettuce on it. I didn't say anything about the fries. She said she would get me another sandwich. When she brought it back she said "I had them make you another one". Funny thing is, I had to take shredded lettuce off of that sandwich in order to eat it. When we were ready to pay, my husband made sure to show her the lettuce I had to remove. I can understand why they weren't busy on a Father's Day. We hadn't been there in quite a while and hubby and I decided we probably won't go back. Oh, and the bathroom was DIRTY. The floor hadn't been swept in a while and the trash can was full.

I live in Wisconsin and ordered on the app to have an order sent to a family member during an emergency situation ( 7/26/21)! This location said I was going to be credited for the over 2 hour wait for delivery and cold food that was received! Little did I know that credit is only good for that location and as I said I live in Wisconsin! Don’t use the app to order, you can’t get reimbursement on it and getting the credit applied as a gift card on it I guess isn’t an option! Very unhappy oh and it seems once the public is made aware nobody is willing to make good on the credit so I can use it in the state I now live in!

We waited 30 minutes for plates for salad bar and our sodas, 2 tables sat After us had their complete meals. Our salads consisted of lettuce, cheese and dressing since the salad bar was dang near empty. The server then forgot to take our order. We just asked for the bill after this. Low and behold, IT WAS 20.00 for 2 sodas and our skimpy salads!! Not impressed at all and will Not be back! Pizza Hut in Rochester Indiana is Not the place to go!!
