Burger King

Went in there tonight March 30th 2022 at 8:45 p.m. ordered a crispy chicken sandwich asked if I could get it freshly cooked I was willing to wait and pay the price they said they do not cook their food fresh for their customers. I said you mean you don't cook fresh food for your customers the girls said no. I said I am going somewhere else I will not be back here! I'm sure what she meant was that I had to eat one of the sandwiches that was already sitting in the warming tray. I told her I did not want one that was sitting there for I don't know how long I wanted a fresh one she refused.

Easily the respect towards there customers is ever lacking, 8:20PM Juan 10th I just gotten to the ordering screen no cars ahead or behind, drive thru employee was very rude almost robotic when I placed my order. I was told to pull to the second window for a cold drink that’s all I ordered. As I pulled off you could hear the staff laughing I realized what had happened as he instructed me to bypass the paying terminal hence the laughter. As I passed by the paying terminal there was a lady and a guy ( my review is primarily about the guy that took the order ) you could hear him laughing as he seems to see me drive by as I pass it I heard the first window open intentionally late and ofc I only followed the headed instruction. I then wait 2 min before I even get attended I could see the same guy again with both hands up on a wall almost stretching I assume back turned to the window, as the first window person came he asked if I had ordered something completely different. I explain that he was the one that asked me to bypass the first window he then explains oh right your the ice coffee okay he then just hesitated and waits for me to say something and I just look at him like so you want me to pay here or go around? He explained oh right yeah uhm so yeah uhm I can take the card here I’ll go back, he then goes around as as he walks away i again hear laughter coming through the back at this point im just exhausted and hand off the coffee I ordered to my passenger the coffee was so full of ice I might as well had ordered a water very dissatisfied at the lack of training. And or care of the customer and would have loved to see a name tag on the employee. Overall highly dissatisfied wouldn’t recommend going here unless you intend to be okay being laughed at and ignored

Fast and convenient for travelers and locals a like. Drive thru is nice for full sized trucks too, and nice to have a double lane for busy times. Had their #9 Ch'king and it's amazing. Definitely enjoy good grub on the run. Also, they provided a trash can outside to cleanup afterwards. A real perk for many travelers on the run that need a quick once over.

Their customer service is amazing when I ordered my food I asked if the meal came with two burgers and they assured me it did but it did not I drove home which is about 15 miles away and noticed that I was missing some food so I called them the manager was very polite and fix the issue for me the very next time I came in I would highly recommend checking these guys out due to their customer service alone, but their food is pretty good too for a quick bite.

I ordered two whipper meals from this business along with an 8 piece monzorella. The total was $26.30, the girl at the window was completly confused on why I gave her a $20 along with a $5 and a $1 along with .30 cents. Ummmm that makes $26.30. Then the monzo sticks were not in the order, i had to ask for those. I get home and find that the whoppers both had onions on them, i asked for no onions. I also asked for cheese on the whoppers, you guessed it , no cheese on the burgers. The people working this business in Grandmound Washingington need to be retrained. I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS BUSINESS.

THREE STARS FOR WHAT I SEE AS A YOUNG TEAM. I've had multiple times at this particular establishment's drive thru where 20 minutes would go by before I got to the window. I sympathize with them I really do but also try not to make anyone's day any more miserable than some of them can be. Food is great and personal are polite which is also nice.
