I have dined here three times in the last week! The food is fantastic!! Fresh, locally sourced - and menu options that suit every taste. You can tell that there has been a lot of thought put into the menu, ambiance, and bar selection. The new owner and the general manager talked with us about how they have, and continue to connect with local breweries, wineries, as well as produce/dairy/meat sources in order to offer the freshest ingredients as well as support the local businesses and farmers in our area. I will be back many many times, and am looking forward to enjoying their patio in the warmer weather. I highly recommend The Tavern at Gibbs!!!

Girls Night Out for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere was perfect, with a beautiful fireplace that added to the coziness! The food- spectacular! I can't wait to go back to try something else! Had the opportunity to interact with several staff - all went out of their way to make sure our mini night out was a blast! Definitely recommend!

Came in for dinner for my daughter's birthday with the family. We ordered almost all of the appetizers, all of them were fantastic. I had the best NY Strip ever. The owner/chef made chicken fingers for the other kids that were not even on the menu. Goes to show you that this place truly believes the customer is always right. Food was out of this world good. We will be returning.

Greeted as we stepped through the door and our party of four escorted to our table. The restaurant is nicely decorated with a private seperate bar area. Our waiter (Ben) excellent personality explained the menu and let us know of the nightly specials. Their salads are big and we were able to have family style which I really like. The chef was very accommodating to my special requests. All of our meals were excellent ... the spacing between courses was good and presentation was on point. I would recommend and also looking forward to our next visit.

They Have Some Really Excellent Home Made Pickles! I Had A Hamburger With Those Pickles And A Glass Of Merlot...And I Thought I Went To Heaven! The Medley Of Flavor With The Wine Was Outstanding...And Was 5 Yrs Ago And I'm Still Bragging On Good That Was! I Can Almost Taste It...It Was Sooo Good! I Don't Lie! AMEN!

I visited Tavern58 on a wednesday night, the location lacks foot traffic, but I hope to see this area of downtown liven up soon. With Tavern58, I'm sure this can be done! The restaurant has a great atmosphere, perfect sized menu, delicious dishes prepared and created by their chef, and its all at an affordable cost. This is fine dining, family dining, business, romantic... all in one. AND it works! The food was delicious, and the portions were just right!!!! Finally a restaurant that offers a dinner that I can enjoy without feeling paralyzed afterward. The medium sized portions allow for an assortment of choosing.. an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Honestly I was so blown away to how much I love this restaurant! I can see myself returning time and time again!!
