Food was fantastic, especially the new samu dipping sauce for the shrimp cocktail., which was fantastic for me, because I can't eat cocktail sauce due yo an allergy. Service, although good, was very slow. Surprisingly, the restaurant was fairly empty - on a Saturday night during Christmas shopping season at 6PM.
Went in today for the endless shrimp and was amazed at how big the shrimp are now! I thought they were going to disappoint with the rinka dinks they had years ago, but I was wrong! The pasta was also great and the new crablegs with roasted garlic. I will be returning and for $20 you can’t beat that!!
The food was absolutely first rate! Plentiful portions, wonderful salmon steak, good scampi!
Our service at the table was fine, but we waited standing around for several minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Several staff seemed ambivalent to my friend's mobility issues.
Once at the table (which was in the bar for some reason)... Great meal.
We had the greatest experience at the Red Lobster in Henrietta NY. We walked in and were immediately seated by a very nice young man. Our waitress Mya was quickly at our table for beverages, biscuits and our appetizers came very quickly. Our food came quickly after that. Everything was delicious and we really enjoyed the music. We will definitely return soon. Perfect!!
The dinner and service were both exceptional. Was seated right away, and even though the waitress indicated that she was new, she didn't miss a beat. You cannot go wrong with their daily specials. I was surprised that the sirloin was tastier than the New York Strip.
4 of us went in for the all you can eat shrimp fest... thank goodness for the cheddar bay biscuits because we waited almost an hour to get out first round of shrimp and not once was a plate cleared from the table through out thd night. We actually put dirty plates on the table next to us and they were still there as we left. The wait staff is awful and doesn't really seem like they care at all about there job...
I always see this restaurant on my way to work, just wanna give it a shot. Went today, it’s a decent place with a lot of seating spaces. Menu is pretty decent with some unique dishes. I had chicken tenders and popcorn shrimp. Both are great. At the beginning, as a complimentary they offered biscuits which are so delicious, little bit crispy. They have wifi too.
3 of us went and we all got the shrimp special. Everything was cooked perfectly, fresh, and tasted great. Our service walks was amazing once we we seated. It was not full, but we had to wait about 25 minutes. Red Lobster has been around forever, and I hope they stay in business!
My husband and I went there for my birthday two days ago. When we arrived it was 8:30pm and the parking lot was empty, we thought it was closed, but found out it was indeed opened.
We were immediately seated, as there were not that many customers. The food took a while to come, but our server Jaquan was great! He brought out our drinks immediately, he made sure we had biscuits, and always stopped over to ask if we were ok.
The food was ok, didn't really taste the best, but honestly the best part of our experience was our waiter Jaquan. He was great, and made sure the customers at the tables he was taking care of were doing well. If anyone ever eats there make sure you have him as a waiter.
Thought we were going to be disappointed seeing the service at the host station but boy were we wrong! Catherine C. Made this one of, if not THE, best birthday dinner ever. Totally on top of everything in spite of being super busy, great personality, never waited for a thing. She knocked it out of the park and should be rewarded generously for the great work she does!
