Joes Aroma

This Aroma Joes is usually my go to but my last visit was the night of Rochester fireworks (July 10th). I want to say the female working was about 16 years old but I’m unsure. As you know, this chain coffee shop doesn't stay open any later than 9pm. I came for a drink around 8:30 and there was a few cars in the line so I decided to run to the store and come back which I then arrived back at about 8:45. Right as I went to tell the young girl my order she snapped back at me and said “we don’t have any ice right now”. I then asked “well can you make the drink without ice?” And her response to me was “well we don’t have ice and I don’t feel like going over and grabbing any”. I’m not one to jump and leave reviews like this because I know what it’s like to have a bad day and close, I get it you want to go home. I just feel like there should be no reason as to why I was not served when it was 15 minutes before closing.

No matter what I order at any given time it is NEVER EVER made the same way and I don't know why. When I ask for a Med Hazelnut Ice Coffee with 1 turbo shot and 1 cream and I get it looking like a coffee with 3 creams something is not right. It isn't rocket science. I had to have them make it for me 3 times and in the third time it still was not right. I have stopped going to this one and go to other local ones. It is like they don't care at all here.
