Denny's

Lol this was quite the burger. Of course, I did not eat the whole plateful. So, here is what I think. It comes with egg, burger, bacon and hash browns . Hmm, with all the topping it was hard to taste the burger, which turned out not to really matter because the burger part itself isn't very good. So overall, I really loved the egg and bacon part. Haha! Oh and the seasoned fries were fantastic. Our server was fantastic.

Mind you, first of all this is 2022. We live in Rochester,MN and in part we actually love the landscape and like most people we have come across. This is the Denny’s Rochester South. My husband and I went in to be seated for a Sunday morning brunch on 3/13/2022. There was a couple ahead of us with two children also waiting to be seated. A young girl can to the counter and sat them. Then she came back to the counter looked at a white male who just walked in and asked him how many in his party and proceeded to walk them to the back to be seated. I said excuse me and she ignored me and kept walking away to seat him. I don’t even know if this was a moment of racism on her part or if she was just overworked and blinded by the situation. My husband is of Native and Black culture and I am a brown skin South Pacific Islander. When she didn’t acknowledge my words we walked out. Unless we hear back from someone I’ll know people of our native color may never be welcomed there.

Host was fast to get us seated. Didnt offer a child menu but 2 adult menus (obvious I was with a younger child). Server never came around it was not busy at all especially in the area we were seated. Was not offered a drink while we waited for a server. Bathrooms were awful urine and full trash cans. The menu changed which is out of my control with mixing of the experiance above and getting rid of the item I came for no reason to return.
