Fusion4 Restaurant

I'll have to say that what started out a bit difficult because of items on menu not being available ,I ordered catfish that was actually the best catfish I've eaten in a restaurant. The sides were very tasty and well seasoned. I will go back again especially to get some of those oxtails that sold out.. I had that last piece of peach cobbler it was good not sure if it was worth the money I spent on it but at least the food was on point.

I had the chicken curry and cabbage and it was terrific. I made the mistake of not ordering plantains, but luckily someone at my table got them and I had a few that were delicious.The lady who served us was super sweet. I wish they would get rid of the annoying door chime. Also, I would like to see more passion on the beverage side of the restaurant.

I've been to a lot of Rochesters "ethnic" food joints (jamaican, Ethiopian, Caribbean, African, etc) and this might be the best. We were throughly impressed. The chef/waitress was very kind, friendly & helpful. The food quality was excellent. The chili wowed me and I both eat a lot of chili & am not very impress-able. It's one of the best bowls of chili I had. The kids loved their brown chicken w/yams & my step son raved about the mac and cheese. I had curried goat w/rice & plantains and liked everything I put in my face hole. The prices for combo meals are quite reasonable and we all enjoyed the coconut cake dessert with cream cheese frosting. At the end of the meal my 2y.o. stands up w/her hands on her hips and goes "daddy, that was really good food!" We will DEFINITELY be going back again sometime

My first visit to the restaurant was amazing! I initial tasted their food at an event and wanted to try the restaurant. All subsequent visits were so disappointing- the food was under cooked, they had no options because they were out of everything, and the service was slow and sometimes unfriendly. Good food and good service is a rare commodity!

My family and I ate here the Saturday before Mother's Day. I called ahead and told them we be a party of four. When we arrived they had a table reserved for us. The staff was so warn and friendly, our server's name was Gina. I told them I heard about the restaurant from an acquaintance who raved about the food. Let me concur and say the FOOD was DELICIOUS. Thw presentation was beautiful, the food was hot and flavorful. The atmosphere is very inviting for a new restaurant in the area. They played gospel music, which is something we love(not sure how they knew that was our kind of music.) My husband had the Brown-stew chicken, my children had the Soul-Food fish fry, and I had the Linguini Africano. There we some disappointing moments as we dined, but they were so few that I need not mention them. If you have not tried the food at Fusion4, I recommend you go and experience the delectable and savory Caribbean, African and American cuisine. I am certain you will not be disappointed YOU DID.
