Lindsay waited on me and she was incredibly professional, kind & answered all the questions I had about the menu options. She was very patient and the costumer service was a 10/10. I will definitely return. I was very impressed.

This place makes wonderful garbage/trash plates! The mac salad is super flavorful and the pasta isn’t overcooked and holds up well as leftovers (I think I almost prefer them as leftovers). The cheeseburger patty is delicious. More importantly, the plate doesn’t leave me feeling full and greasy the way dogTown’s does and the portions are huge.

This place needs to be registered as a national treasure.
Had the same again on a snowy night in December and it was better even than the previous one.
Update ten months later:
2 cheeseburger plate, over home fries, onion rings, meat hot sauce, diced onions, grilled onions, grilled peppers, sweet pepper, mushrooms, ketchup & mustard! Sides were nice and perfect crispy! Everything was just nailed perfect.
Henrietta Hots has always been the best, but they just keep getting better!!

It was a very interesting place to try on my first visit to Rochester. Garbage plates are something for sure, but the staff is what brightens up everything. Love the city glad I got to try it

Outstanding plate. Place is very clean staff is very friendly. I did a call ahead order and it was all set when I arrived. I did a cheeseburger plate Mac home fries heavy everything and it did not disappoint. I brought a second plate home to Boston and had it the next day-held up well.

Oh boy oh boy! I hear the food at the famous Lyle Ave garbage plates location isn't as good as it used to be and the portions aren't as generous, so my local buddy recommended we come to Henrietta Hots. Holy cow! It's just like the Nick Tahoe's of yesteryear. Of course the prices are not what they used to be, but what is these days? Nonetheless you can still get yourself into a blissful food coma with a cheeseburger plate, mac, home fries, everything. Add some Frank's Red Hot and we're talking over the moon. They're open super late too, so whenever you have the munchies they have the cure!

My daughter and I had the garbage plate which was very good. Macaroni salad was very good and so were the home fries but the gravy really topped it off.
