Been coming here for years. Most waitresses and hostesses are great! Specialty dishes are great and the price is right. The bathrooms are tight and not run down but overall it is a great place.

The food was great, but our server was rude when she was around and dismissive.. not that it was around much to take care of us. I am disappointed since I work in the industry

Great Diner. Food is excellent and so is the service. Perfect location. My one and only gripe is the front of house manager should pay a little closer attention to the details. They could use with a good dusting or cleaning of the lights and the ledges, they have dust and cobwebs.

The fish fry's are great at Jim's! A must have!
Had the beer battered fish fry's on Friday and the regular fish fry on Saturday.. prefer the beer battered but both were still great! The fish portions are huge! The fries are better than most places, Macaroni salad and squash sides were both good too.
We were too stuffed to attempt any of their wide array dessert assortments, an entire menu of desserts.. crazy!

Ask for Natashia when you're there. Superb server and knows her stuff when it comes to the food. Everything comes in LARGE portions so bring you appetite. Good food, great atmosphere and employees are all very friendly.

A perfect diner atmosphere inside the mall. Whether you are shopping or just in the area, this is a great place for a great meal. We had lunch today. The Mrs. had a Mediterranean vegetable panini with fresh fruit. I had my second favorite, a Monte Christo with fries. Both were top-notch. Finished the meal with a slice of blueberry lemon coffee cake. The service was excellent and friendly. I am looking forward to a chance for dinner.
