In my book, the Charbroil Restaurant is the best for tasty food, for excellent wait staff, the best bussers and the best food value you will ever find. My wife and I practically "live" there.

The food and service are the best you can get in Rochester and surrounding areas. The quality of food is seriously better than most diners. Fresh, cooked to perfection and great portions. I can’t say enough good things about Char Broil.
Very friendly and very cheap. Good omelette for about 5 bucks. Try the Spanish. They willingly accommodated a group of 30 (!) on a Friday morning.

Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Never had a bad meal. The place gets packed quickly around lunch time, you need to go early.
First time customer...and will now be a repeat one ❕️❗️...Very warming, relaxing, welcoming atmosphere...Our waitress Kerri was humorous, quick, and accommodating...Very nice portions of food and definitely reasonable prices....All around a very sweet pleasurable first time experience..
Food was good, omlettes were good (just not as fluffy as I typically receive atbother establishments), but overall good. Waitress very pleasant.
This is my favorite diner in Rochester. Everything is good in my opinion, but my lunch go-to is chicken and waffles. So yummy!

We all had a great time and shared the mimosa flight. Only feedback is the Gluten free French toast needs more eggs as the GF stuff is always very dry.
Whether we go for breakfast or lunch, we always get a good meal at Char Broil! The food is excellent and a good value, the service is always friendly and efficient. I just wish they'd resume serving dinners!!
First time here. Price was perfect. Breakfast was yummy. Waitress had a great smile and personable. Staff teamworked with cleaning and making sure place was sanitized.
