Two words RAW CHICKEN!! We had to pull ahead and wait for our order. So not only did we have to wait for awhile but we waited for RAW CHICKEN!! I’m surprised I did not get sick!

Stop on way back from Florida off the exit ..Lights in parking lot did work..actually looked like they was closed! Couldn’t even read the meals on the board to order. Then we went to order the food..Asked for a roast beef sandwich and a Gyro..lady said they was outta roast beef so we had to order something other then what we really wanted ..got to the window She kept calling my husband Baby & Sweetie..she was nosey trying to socialize with us while waiting almost ten minutes for the food that we ordered to come

Food was tasty, service fast, employees friendly, with bright clean inside. Only problem was an employee took up one of 2 stalls in ladies bathroom for texting thus causing a line for bathroom.

I ordered diet tea not sweet then they didn’t have any sugar substitute no ice in the cup nobody informed me they were out of ice and it took several minutes just to get one sandwich on top of that no one greeted me I said thank you no one said you’re welcome🤦🏻♀️ if I could give zero stars it would’ve been -2 hoping this only reflects today and not an every day basis

Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 combos with crinkle fries instead of curly fries. Rang up one as crinkle and 1 as curly. Got 2 orders of curly fries.

As of 2/13/22. I went thru the drive thru and order large curly fries and an large sweet tea. However, sweet tea was unsweetened and my curly fries were iced cold. I had to put them in my conventional oven to get them back hot. This is terrible service. And to know that they wasn't even busy. Smh.

I stopped on my way through NC to get lunch. The roast beef on my sandwich was dried out, the edges of the meat was discolored, the bun was dried out and stale, the sandwich was thrown away due to tasting bad. The ice tea was weak and tasted of chemicals. I love Arbys food, but will not be stopping there again.

Normal menu typical low quality fast food but breakfast is above average. The deluxe fish sandwich is seasonal only and the best thing on the menu and best fast food version anywhere.
