Both workers were exceptionally nice and helpful! The young man who made sandwiches made the prettiest and most tasty sub I’ve ever had from a subway!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Roanoke Rapids Subway deserves some recognition

Very friendly employees, food was good, store was clean and had an A rating from an inspection listed, but it is oppresively hot in the store. Employee mentioned that the AC has been broken for 8 months and the owner still hasn't fixed it. The franchisee should be ashamed of him/herself, it is 92 degrees today outside and nearly the same temp inside the store, the workers could have a heat stroke working in temps like that all day, and it's bad for the customers too. I bet the AC at the franchisee's house works and has never not worked for more than a few days while waiting on a repairman.

Manager is rude hateful towards the employees and coustmers her cussing is outta control and she plays favoritism towards the employees she needs to fix herself no one eat there she might cuss you out she has a mouth of a salior

This was not the nicest subway. We stopped off here for lunch while traveling and were not impressed. While waiting to be served we saw one of the employees insult a cop who was in front of us in line. That's gross. She was also wearing her mask under her nose, which is another kind of gross 🤢 The guy who served us was nice though.

I was greeted well by the server behind the counter. My bread was fresh and delicious.. I had roast beef for the first time! All the veggies were fresh and Not wilted.. I realty enjoyed my Sunday afternoon and relaxed atmosphere😋

I love my local subway, I go there sometimes not as much as I would please, and when ever I’m their my patronage is welcome, the vegetables and meats are fresh, and the cookies be “bussin!”
