Famous Daves Bbq

Service was poor, food was cold when it did get there. We ordered bbq chips, but had to get up and ask the host for it because they don't have sauce at the table, when they did bring the sauces by, some were missing. The cornbread was good, but didn't come with any butter. The brisket was fatty, and the ribs were pretty much inedible because they had so much gristle on them. Really sad, I love famous daves, but will not go back to this location. Too bad, I hope they do something about it. Edit: on the way out I told the manager (Jason) the experience we had. He didn't charge us for the food. I did feel that Alex (our waiter) was trying to do well did deserve a tip, so I left one for him on the way out.

Great service, great food/bbq and a very big menu selection, and six different sauces to try. Love everything I've tried so far. This is an addition to the first review, and I'm taking a star off because I think it a complete rip off when they want to charge $8.75 for a shot of patron added to the price of my regular Margarita. Unbelievable and unacceptable.

Good food but the service can be terrible. Went in a couple times when it was slow and the waitress seemed to be busy doing something else. I always like to get the brisket, occasionally I have received cold food. But they are genuinely sorry and bring me hot fresh items. Still, shouldn't happen as often as it has.

The food is great here no problem with any of it its all delicious and I've been to a few other BBQ places and this one to me is one of the most satisfying. Butt the customer service sucks! We walked in and there was a waitress by the bar just standing there and one waiter trying to fix a TV both of which who saw us standing there for a few mins and didn't bother to come and give us a menu and sit us down. They looked at us and didnt bother to even say "we'll be wih you in a moment". The waitress was very nice afterwards though.
