Great service. The card reader wasn't working for me to pay for my food, we waited a minute or 2 while they swiped my card again but it still wouldn't work. So they ended up telling me lunch was on them today. I appreciate it. Thanks for taking care of the customers

Paid $33 for 3 cravings boxes and we only had 3 doritos tacos & 3 beefy 5 layer burritos. They forgot the 3 chips and 3 chalupas. The girl at the window said "your entire order is in this bag". This location used to be better than the Van Buren location but waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru just to miss half my items is ridiculous. It was a pretty easy order .. 3 of the exact same combos. They were likely new and understaffed if the hiring sign on the menu is any indication. It's likely not a one-off but I'll probably be back anyway. Check your bag before leaving because they also don't answer the phone.

I order Uber eats and the person that brought my food had to wait a long line and to top it of I added sauce packets and never received one and that’s the main thing for Taco Bell’s food and everything was super cold I will not even give them a one star ⭐️ if I could I’ll give them no star at all

This location is usually really good quality and friendly service. They are usually out of the freezer options a lot of times but other than that, there's no issue with them! Definitely recommend.

Inside was clean ( no messy tables) All staff wearing masks and friendly. Food tasted as it should - fresh and fast .

Waited for 15 more minutes out here for ketchup. And they came out to say no ketchup. This is ridiculous. Store Manager or higher up should keep an eye out for irresponsible workers and help out customers in a better way
