Taco Bell

The staff is super friendly and it looks like they’re doing the best they can in today's climate. Thank you! My food was hot and prepared with care. Google states it opens at 6:30a, on the door it’s 6a, but they didn’t open until 7a. A sign on the door would be helpful. I did call and they answered the phone and were very polite and stated they were opening at 7a. I’m not familiar with the area as I’m in town on business. There is a large population of homeless in the area and as I was walking there is feces on the sidewalks along University. A homeless man was watching me from the sidewalk while I was waiting for Taco Bell to open and then he came into Taco Bell and quietly stared at me intensely. The SM acknowledged him and asked if she could help. Super uncomfortable. It felt like the staff needed a pickup window for walk-in traffic. The dine-in is a hangout for the homeless. I saw the same issues at the Starbucks across the street. The ordering kiosk was helpful for the staff and it was easy to follow. It allowed me to place an order while they were serving customers in the drive-thru. Due to staffing, online ordering was not available. They were also out of breakfast salsa.

Poor. Poor. Poor. Slowest service I can remeber to date. Took them close to half an hour to put a chicken quesadilla together for me. I just sat and waited. After about 26 minutes I heard them call my name. No line, or backed up drive thru either. I watched how slowly these folks move too. The oldest one was probably early twenties. It's not an age thing here. They're just slower than molasses in January is all. And what's worse, they don't seem to care or respect your time either. One lousy chicken quesadilla is all that I ordered. And it took quite an excessive amount of time for this Taco Bell to fulfill my order. I've given Taco Bell dozens of second chances to my detriment. They just keep getting more terrible each time. Hey, they're nothing great or even special. Just a convenient place to stop sometime. Well the buck stops here! I'm done with the Bell from here forward. No more business from me! This goes for ALL Taco Bell establishments!

I have no problems with staff. I generally have good interactions here. My rating is mainy coming from my dissatisfaction with the food. I have been coming here from time to time for 5 years now (as it is extremely close by and convenient), and the food quality still has yet to change for the better. This is never a problem when I go to other Taco Bell locations--just this one. I really don't know what the problem is. They always seem to have an adequate amount of staff working (for the exception of one visit, but the food turned out well, for once). I really don't know. Adding on, if it's not the bad quality of food, then it's the issue of missing or getting the wrong item, unfortunately. For me, this has happened a total of 4 times, half of that time, the same item is missing. Whatever the issue may be, I suggest going elsewhere if you want a quality meal.

12/6/21 today, once again, i took the risk of reordering the same menu I did yesterday. Well, today they got my order perfect. I mean, even utensils, the cinna twist, and the drink...everything. Thank you. I appreciate the improvement. 12/5/2021 It took me to receive an order to find out they were out of cinna twist. Instead of replacing the twist with Cinnabon out of courtesy, I was charged for items not received. Adding too, no utensil for the Fiesta potatoe.. the drink is not lemonade but 80% sprite and 20% pink lemonade for the color....it taste like sprite, nothing like pink lemonade.

The slowest drive through ever. I arrived today 05.23.2022 at 1806 I got my food at 1900. If I wasn’t stuck in the middle and could find a way to drive and leave this place I would’ve done it. Too bad there were cars behind me and I couldn’t drive away. This is a serious problem and you need to fix it. And no complementary drinks or anything for the one hour wait. Very sad.

Such a terrible visit here. The drive through was a long wait. My daughter and I went in ordered on the kiosk and waited. Didn't take but 10 min we heard our name called. My daughter asked is there 3 nacho cheese? The young lady (not sure her age, I won't say her name) looked at my daughter so mean and bothered and sternly said "YOU ORDERED 2!" My daughter said I ordered 2 nacho fries and an extra nacho cheese... so I should have 3 the young lady repeated what my daughter said and said yea there is 3 then She walked back to cook.
