Wendy's

The people that work at this particular Wendy’s is strong,caring and very dedicated workers that work very hard no matter what is going on day or night. They make sure food is always served right and try to rotate their product out efficiently as possible for the best freshness! People who work here are Very tired and have life’s too they are working the best they can with what they are given to provide you with good service!So Thank you all for being strong and working! Y’all don’t get appreciated enough❤️

Passing through town 30 minutes before close and I had somewhat low expectations. Just trying to feed the family as we drove back home. Much to my surprise, this was a truly great experience. Keep in mind, this is 9:30pm right before close. There were a LOT of cars in front of us in the drivethru and I was expecting it to take forever. The person taking our order was incredibly pleasant and attentive, repeating back my order each item I added and asking if I needing anything else (I did, multiple times. 😅). The line moved quickly with 5-6 cars processing really quickly. Staff taking payment was very polite and in a great mood. Food was ready right as we got to the window for pickup, which was extra surprising because we had several custom items with condiments. They got our order right and we were out of there in a flash. I forgot to ask for ketchup so I circled back around and the lady at the payment window walked around to get me ketchup so I wouldn’t have to wait as long and seemed genuinely happy to help. Then, the food (burgers, fries, AND nuggets) were fresh, hot, and delicious. I eat Wendy’s quite a bit and this still stood out to me as extra tasty. I will say this, when you’ve had a long day and have grumpy, tired, hungry children in the car, I can’t say enough about how this experience helped with the rest of the trip home. Thank you to the staff for taking such great care of us and going above and beyond. Also, my daughter tried the new strawberry frosty and she loved it so much none of the rest of us got to try it. Lol. I’ll try that another time for sure. Thank you Wendy’s!

Stopped here on my way back to Tennessee just to grab a quick bite for myself and my dogs. Pulled up to the order box, they greeted me, I told them what I wanted, and the woman told me that they're not serving I asked what she meant, but she never answered me again. ***EDIT***. I drove back by them on my way to interstate about 10 minutes later, after going up to Arby's. They were still in fact serving people coming through the drive-thru.
