Pizza Hut

Great tasting Pizza when you order on first shift. Never had a bad experience in the lunch/afternoon hours. Sadly the quality goes down when ordering at night and I would not recommend it. I've had multiple time times where the pizza ordered tasted like cardboard and no effort went into making the food - I know because I can compare to the first shift effort.

Pizza was very good and service was good. We were there on a Friday night and they were busy...and like most places, they were short- handed. The drive-thru was very busy and the dining room was fairly crowded. We were offered an upgrade on our pizza because of a delay. That was very nice. We will be back!

Purchased carry out Pizza and drove home without opening box. When opened, the pizza was slightly burned on bottom but the toppings were blacken and dry. Unable to be eaten. The next day I took pizza back where purchased. The manager apologized and asked if I would liked it replaced. I told her not now so she said she would put $20.00 credit on my phone # account. I thanked her and left.When attempted to use the credit it had mysteriously disappeared. Lesson 1 - Never leave the drive up window without checking your order no matter how long it takes. Lesson 2 - Never accept the word of Pizza Hut employee without written documentation. Lesson 3 - Avoid Ringgold Pizza Hut at all cost. This was not my first bad experience there.

The manager called to ask me I could come pick up my order because they said the weather was too bad to deliver it. So I placed an order with Dominos and it was received less than 30 minutes later. Even with a little rain, I found it very rude and unprofessional that Pizza Hut wouldnt deliver my order but instead asked me to get in the rain to pick up my pizza. Definitely do not recommend this location and will never use them again.

Best pizza I've had in a while! I've always been a fan of the Ringgold, GA Pizza Hut but they did an even better than usual job tonight! Perfect on all points! I ordered online and picked up at the drive thru window. Super supreme pan pizza and honey bbq wings were delicious and my four year old son approved the personal pan cheese too. My order was ready on time, the food was hot, and the service in the drive thru was great. Keep up the good work Ringgold Pizza Hut! I highly recommend this location!
