Bailey's Bar-b-que

The food was great. The service was a different story. Our server took our order and that was the last we saw of her. She never came back to check on us. Although she did check on the tables around us. I had to flag her down to get a refill on my tea. I don’t know her name but she was young and kinda short. I’ll be back for the food but never want her as a server again.

My father recommended Bailey’s, and I know he is picky. When he started talking about the burgers, and when I saw one go by in the restaurant, I knew I had to have one. The place was almost packed, but not overcrowded. We were able to place our order and get our food in a reasonable amount of time. Even if it had taken longer it was worth it. The burger was delicious. The meat was cooked to order and they didn’t scrimp on ‘the garden.’ I will be back the next time I am in the area.

SUCH good food and amazing, friendly service. The staff here always treats me like family and has many many regulars who stop in for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. If you want excellent food no matter what you choose and fantastic service from staff who make you feel like family, look no further. 10/10 would recommend! *my favorites are the bbq chicken sandwich(with slaw and their in-house spicy BBQ sauce) and the fish sandwich(fried flounder filet w/tomato, lettuce, and mayo)

Ordered twice through Uber eats. Both times, weeks apart, orders were canceled. Two different drivers called me up to tell me they had to cancel for hour+ waiting. I'm not sure if those orders are lower priority, I understand if so, but don't partner with the service if its too hard to offer or fulfill. Not to mention its on a highway with 2 other bbq joints that are not only better tasting, but have never once botched an order delivered or pick up. The food may be good but staff clearly has issues with getting orders out and handling business rushes (not their fault, that's a management issue.)
