Really wanted to love this place but the taste and price just aren't worth it. First time coming here i ordered a shake, and i was so excited but as soon as i got it, disappointment set in. Firstly i was given a cup with no lid.. not that bad, but then when i tasted it, absolutely disgusting.. i don't know if the guy who made it was new, which is what im praying was the case. But it was basically like drinking an overpriced cup of milk. It was extremely watery and soupy. Didn't taste like an actual milkshake at all.. and my husband ordered a sundae and he was beyond disappointed. His brownie pieces were like rocks, he couldn't even chew them. And the fudge tasted 100% like that fake Hershey syrup. I dunno about anyone else but a giant cup of milk soup and a poorly made sundae is not worth $16 . Probably won't come here again.

I've only tried 3 flavors, as I'm hooked on the Maine Black Bear ice cream. You can tell their ice cream has a high butterfat content. The black raspberry and choc. chip frozen yogurt is very good, but I'm hooked on the vanilla, raspberry swirl and choc. truffles you'll find in their Maine Black Bear ice cream. They don't skimp on portions or the toppings. I don't mind paying more because of the quality of their ice cream The soft serve is extremely creamy and smooth, best I've ever had. Forget your diet or counting calories when you visit.

The kids that work here seem very lost and made the whole experience awkward. Several flavors on the menu were already out and asking for anything took so much effort on their side. Seems they’d have a little more training or at least have a supervisor present? We didn’t even come during peak season and it felt like this. Hope they’re better prepared by the summer.
