Disappointed. Came to get two meals. One Double Roasted Garlic King sandwich, medium fries, coke, and Crispy chicken sandwich, large onion rings with coke, and popcorn. Spent $40 for all that. Price isn’t what I’m complaining about, although they could make it not $40 for two meals. Anyway, while the crispy chicken and onion rings were really good we were extremely disappointed to see the boring and plain looking double roasted garlic king. No onions. No roasted garlic. Just two beef stacked and cheese at the very top. It made us feel nauseous after finishing it. It was not at all what the pictures on their website/menu showed. The fries and chicken popcorn were dry and didn’t taste good at all. Burger King is always a hit or miss.

What do you call a beef burger without an actual beef patty? Well, I’m still waiting on a response but that is what I got when I ordered a Roadhouse Burger from this BK two weeks ago. Just a bun with two onion rings and some BBQ sauce. I have called the store and no one ever picks up. I’ve complained to BK Canada’s Twitter and after forwarding my case to this restaurant, have heard nothing. Escalated the case 4 times in 2 weeks, and still nothing. Reading the comments on here, it’s no wonder why the staff is so sloppy with the orders, the management doesn’t even care if corporate sends them a customer complaint and 4 follow-ups on the same issue. Pathetic.

This location is managed by someone who has no care in the world to train their staff to make quality. Everytime I made an order here it was SOAKED in oil, like so much oil it made the burger wrapper see through, the bottom bun was dripping in oil, inedible, they ALWAYS forget any mods like no cheese, or simply forget an entire burger patty on your burger because you made it too complicated by asking for no cheese. No excuse, someone is going to get killed or severely ill here. Manager needs to be fired and all staff retrained. You should be ashamed to be a part of burger king global chain as you do not represent anything burger king does. I WAS NEVER ABLE TO HAVE IT EVEN HALF MY WAY. TAKE ME CARE AND EFFORT AND SHOW SOME GOD DN PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO, WHATEVER IT IS.

Very disappointed for this burger king store.
I order through mobile apps, when everything is done, it can't go through then i walk in to the store, the staff just tell me they don't know about mobile apps.
After that, i use my husband's phone to place order, finally i got this kind of burger after 30mins order🤦♀️🤦♀️nice burger, this is king of the burger i never have

Delicious flame grilled taste. It's a good alternative to the other franchises. This store has all the menu items you would want. Drive thru available 24 hours hours and 7 days a week. Free surface parking in their lot. #letsguide #covid

Tried the new Impossible Whoppers (2 for a family member and I), absolutely excellent experience. Reasonably quick wait time from order to prep and staff were friendly in the drive through. The food was hot, fries were clearly fresh and crispy, drinks were carbonated and cold. The burger itself was amazing! I’ve had some terrible fast food experiences in the past and this was a shockingly good one. Keep it up folks! Thank you. I was there today Sat, May 8th @ approximately 1:10 PM.

This is a bk cheeseburger. there was absolutely nothing good about this food item,(notice I didn't say burger. That would lead people to believe this is to resemble the picture on the menu board).
This picture looks a lot better then when I first opened it for my child. There was a clump of pickles under a slice of cheese, that I rearrange by putting the cheese on the patty so it might have a chance to melt and the pickles on the other side. Dressing. Look at the pic and you be the judge.
I put a half a pack of ketchup on the bun and that covered the bun.
This is definitely not a family oriented business just rip-off.
We ordered enough food for 4 and she managed to stuff it in one of the small bags, not able to close the top.
I said to her what will it cost me for a extra bag?
She said "nothing". I said why would you stuff it all in one bag then .
4 sandwich, 10pc nuggets, 2 fries, 2 apple pies and condiments and 4 napkins.
Summary: bad food not so good service. Cleanliness: bad. The drink trough was overflowing at the self serve, not the little tray at the fountain, the longer stainless steel trough on the table....bad bad.

Employee was sloppy. Took the order wrong. When putting in the gravy she didn't put the lid on properly. The gravy spilled all over the food inside the bag. All the employee was willing to do was give us a new bag. She argued over and over again that she was only going to replace the bag, even though I asked for fresh food, fresh gravy. Who wants to eat food that looks like it came from a garbage can? I finally convinced her to replace all the food that the gravy spilled all over. She then replaces the burger with a regular whopper when the original order was a double whopper. I don't understand how an employee would think this is ok. Customer service is important. Treat the customers with care. I hope this doesn't happen often because the service was horrible. So horrible that you have to advocate for yourself to get your order properly prepared.
