I got an ice coffee here and stayed around an hour to take shelter from the heat.
The coffee is just standard Waves chain coffee, but the inside straight up has a university library vibe. There are a lot of seating, as well as meeting rooms, and a bunch of people on their laptops or books. Somehow, it still seemed almost full with so many people working there, but I’d guess this is your best bet for seating around the area.

waves is such a good place, the drinks taste very good but I can't go there often because of the price... It is the same or even more as starbucks, so really hard to go all the time for me :( but I love their hot chocolate, I think its the best between waves, tim hortons, starbucks and blenz.

Great location, plenty of seating, good service, relatively clean washrooms (I have pooped here many times). Never had problems finding parking either (though it is very walkable as well). I enjoy my experience every time. Richmond doesn't have a whole lot of sit-in coffee shops in the central region, so I appreciate Waves being here.

I love coming here, the culture and environment inside of waves really makes me feel comfortable and focused on studying, meetings, and discussions. Service is great and friendly, tables are amazing.

I consider waves coffee house on no.3rd in Richmond B.C. One of the best places in British Columbia for a coffee and snack.Workers are very polite and clean.There outside patio is very comfortable and spacious. The washrooms are well monitored; no drugs or other suspicious activity,always clean. I highly recommend this place for families as well.There is also Lots of parking in the London Drugs Plaza.Also not to mention NanNan the manager a very pleasant person. Don’t listen to the odd comment by someone;they are more than likely miserable personalities in the first place.I would be first one to bring my family here including children and grandparents.

Service is quick and friendly. The beverages are always so hot which could be a good or bad thing. Parking is free. Plenty of places to sit down.

Great please to have a cup of coffee and relaxing here, very clean and organized by the owner. Even have a small conference room for you to have a meeting for free.

My fav coffee shop in town. Been here for over 10 years. Has seen the shop getting more and more beautiful. Great coffee quality, options for food, spacious room for study, convenient location to all central facilities in richmond. Decorated with plants and books. Free books to read. Great services as well! Love it!
