Excellent Service 👌 Love this Place. VERY FAST, Convenient Productive Employees! Also there was a very nice female employee should've asked her name, she was very good with commutation skills and her smile really did brighter my day! ;) See how much communication skills are an important thing when making a sale. People with communication skill barriers should either learn to adapt to new languages and our society as whole or they should be fired!!! Very dishonest staff. Purchased one regular slice of pizza and asked for water, which is supposed to be $2.99 total according to their menu. Then she tells me it's $4.70, I asked why and she claims the pizza is 50 cents extra and water is 50 cents extra. Doesnt explain why they are extra because it's just a regular slice and water. Even if that's true that's only $3.99 how can it be $4.70 after tax? I still gave 50 cents tips so it totaled $5.20. Be carful if you go, check the prices she charges you. Worst of all, the person who ate the pizza told me the pizza was cold and tasted rotten. Not surprising because it looked cold and stale.

This was my first time in Vancouver BC, and I had an excellent experience with most of the places I visited. As a tourist we did not have enough time for a sit down meal. Coming from ontratio, I was looking for known names but came across this store of freshslice in the mall. We ordered two slices and as the pizza was being made, the girls started to talk about how I looked like a tourist and if I was enjoying my trip. Very sweet of them to talk and cook at the same time, we did not realize how time went and they served us hot slices.. Delicious! From first bite to the last! Loved it and got another packed for the midnight snack. I went back to the same location, two more times and each time, excellent service and the product. I also met the young couple who owns the store, found them genuine and hard working... Loved my trip and definitely loved the pizza!

As a food court, I don’t expect any service, somehow these two staffs’ manner are really bad, rude and disrespectful. I bought 8 slices of pizzas, and request three paper bags to separate, somehow, they asks 10 cents each with rude manners. I agreed to pay money for extra bags, but don’t expect their rude and disrespectful. I bought the pizza on May 23rd, 2019 around 11:45. Will not come again for sure.
