My orders are always correct and arrive quickly fresh and delicious. The menu has new things added often. We love the pie points that earns us free pizza. The app & tracker makes it simple to order and we know exactly when it is arriving. Our pick up orders have been just as pleasing. The dining are is great. Service is quick and friendly in a welcoming clean atmosphere.

Domino's is definitely doing it right here in Richmond, IN, on both the East & West side stores!! ALWAYS friendly, always hot, a GREAT menu to choose from, and the 1 time I had an issue with my pizza, they were really quick to fix it!! Definitely has become my favorite pizza place in the past 2 years! (Yep! Even beating out what most USED to consider "the King of Pizzas" here, lol). Can't say enough positive about either store!!

Fantastic staff!!! I talked with 2 gentlemen on the phone and they were extremely friendly. Our delivery driver was very friendly. I ordered delivery and there was confusion on about our room number since we were staying in a hotel so our delivery ended up delayed but the way the staff handled it was so great and the food was fresh and tasted great (chicken pinapple jalapeño bites, bonesless wings and apple cinnamon sticks) we'd difently order again the next time we are in the area.

This is the best freaking dominoes in the world. This dominos is the reason I keep ordering from other dominos and am so brutally disappointed every time. Whoever makes the pizzas here needs a huge raise and also I’d have their babies. Not kidding, call me

Ordered from here no stop for. Long time. They just don't care at all throw stuff in a box, butcher orders, and take the phone off the hook over N hour before close so they don't hBe to do any other orders or answer questions.this has gone on several days in a row.

We usually order carry out online, pickup about 20 minutes later at the drive up window. They're pretty quick and do things right 99.9% of the time.

5 star crew of people. So friendly. Might I add they are all pretty easy on the eyes as well. Especially that big Mexican driver. The GM too.

Must say my experience was much better than it was 2 days before. Before I ended up leaving because I was absolutely discussed at the way I was treated by staff. Today much better, and food was hot and delicious.
