OUTSTANDING Eating Experience - The Tin Lizzie Caf'e, Downtown Richmond, IN. I stop in almost every weekday for the best breakfast in town. Ron and Rachel run a very professional and friendly place. The biscuits-n-gravy are to die for. Ron makes the biscuits from scratch and the gravy is ooh la la! A breakfast of eggs, hash browns, sausage and toast is an outstanding buy. You cannot beat this anywhere. A stack of pancakes is by far the lightest, fluffiest and most delicious of any made by the well known place out on the interstate. Marlene not only cooks your selection to perfection, but treats you like a member of the "family", from the time you first enter the restaurant til you leave. "See Ya tomorrow" I highly recommend the Tin Lizzie Café to anyone looking for an outstanding eating experience of a lifetime.
Great little diner. We were in Richmond this morning and stopped here for breakfast. Had i not visited Urban Spoon beforehand to get the address etc, we'd have never found it because it doesn't have a building sign.
It was exactly what were were hoping... an old-school "home cooked" breakfast place that serves what you want how you want for cheap.
We both got grilled cheese sandwiches add bacon. I got 2 eggs over easy with mine and my husband got a side of bacon. we shared a Root Beer and all that was just a tad over $10.00.

We stopped in for breakfast, while waiting on Best One to put tires on our car. Their breakfast burrito and sausage egg cheese sandwich were delicious!! It's very cozy with interesting photos, facts, and art work. We will remember this cafe for sure.
Love the Tin Lizzie. In the heart of downtown Richmond, this cute little place gives a nod to the Richmond history and love of the Model T, and the nostalgia that goes with it. The food is delicious and prepared with an upscale flair. Sandwiches are deluxe and yum. Chicken Pot Pie with a flakey crust and delicious filling. Delish salads. Really good breakfast meals. There is a cute little store tied to it and a nice sized meeting room. I’ve had a few events catered by them and they have always done an excellent job. The people who own it and work there and service oriented. Highly recommend.
We had a nice lunch at the Tin Lizzie. We had the Reuben Sandwich and they were pretty tasty. There was a lot of corned beef and the sauerkraut and dressing was in a good balance. The bread seemed to be toasted instead of just grilled, so it was a little harder than I'm used to. A good sandwich at an amazing price. The restaurant was peaceful and the staff was friendly.
Very good and great atmosphere. You won't find this sort of hamburger anywhere else, legit one of a kind burger.
I always get great food here from daily lunch specials to sandwiches or breakfast. Best pancakes in town and best fountain coke too.

Start your day with an outstanding breakfast...made to order by Marlene. All choices just like "Mom" made. The best homemade biscuits and gravy in the entire area. Try the specials of the day...like meatloaf, tuna casserole, chicken/beef Manhattan, chicken and dumplings, and lots more. The sides are plentiful. Deserts are homemade. Unlimited varieties of sandwiches, pockets and rollups. Eat in or take on the run. Need box lunches or an occasion catered, just call them....you will be impressed and call again. Ron, Rachel and the staff treat everyone as family. Try the Tin Lizzie, you will LOVE IT as do I.
Great place! We like to meet our friends there for lunch. My favorite is the homemade chicken pot pie. My husband loves the spaghetti and meatballs.
