Qdoba Mexican Grill

Ordered delivery.they didn’t toast or grill the quesadillas at all so it’s just soft white flour tortilla turned to mush on the bottom. Also ordered a kids juice with his kids meal and they gave us milk. Why tf did I just spent over 50$ on this if what I get is this serious lack of effort ? Update: just tasted my burrito and the avocado in the guacamole tastes rancid. So I’m eating expensive garbage. Thanks qdoba this is a great experience on my birthday. Update : I reported the issues through the link they provided and selected the option for them to reach out through email and absolutely no one has contacted me. Obviously they don’t care and aren’t sorry about the poor quality of the over priced “food” they served me on the night of my birthday. Note taken. will never order from them again.

Went to this location today after my daughters softball practice and I have to commend the 3 young men working!!! They were all 3 very nice and personable to not just with us, but everyone that came in. The guy making our food gets big props!!! This was the first time I have ever NOT HAD TO ASK FOR MORE as he made our tacos/bowl/nachos!! I have gone to several Qudoba’s in several towns as we travel a lot with softball/baseball, and this one by far has been the BEST we have been to! Keep up the good work guys!!!

I used to eat here all the time. it used to be so good. the past couple of times haven't been good. this past time I went I walk through the door and they don't greet me whatsoever. I wait a couple of minutes to be helped because they were working on online orders, I was the only one in line. I don't normally get a burrito here because the workers can't wrap them good but i decided to get one. I usually get veggies and they didn't have any on the line, but there was a dirty pan on the stove with old cooked veggies. The first wrap he had broke so he got another one and that one broke too. he then grabs a bowl and lid and gives me the mess ripped burrito. I got chips and queso as well and i got half the portion of chips i usually get. Didn't even say have a good day when i left. Awful customer service, super disappointed,

Pick up an order for all of the staff in my office. Was told I couldn't pick up without a receipt. Then got to office and several items in the order were missing. I called back and spoke to Emily. I was advised to go back and pick up tje missing items. Once I got there Emily the manager threw the bag at me dumping the food in the bowl. In addition the food was poor quality.Stale chips, cold food. Burn chicken, and the bowl was 90%rice and very little of the other topings we paid for. This experience is the worst I have had. This office won't go back.

This was the worst stop at QDOBA we've ever had. The place was empty except for us, there were 5 guys I saw and the place was nasty. Nobody cleaning up, they didn't have any peppers and onions on the serving table but I saw a skillet full on the stove I asked, "we're out" was the reply I got. Corp, you need to do some serious training or firing! $23 for a bowl and a burrito? I'm done visiting this place!

Very bad service not clean you can see my pictures 4 years ago was very good today is Horrible. I complained to the manager and she was rude. Said she is short staffed and don't have time. When we came in they had no customers ordering. They could have been cleaning. The cooked the green peppers and put them inside the used dirty pan instead of placing in a new one. So what, they don't have time for dishes. Will not visit here until they have a turn over in management. Health board is going to have a fun here.

This place is like Chipotle but better! Tried their new quesadilla that's basically a coronary enclosed in tortilla and encased in melted cheese. It's pretty good but if you don't want a whole days worth of calories in one meal then I suggest sticking to their more health conscious items. Overall it gets 4 out of 10 deportations. These people know how to make Tex Mex that isn't just poison or bland.
