First of all, Thai Smile always has amazing food. The flavor is fantastic and always consistent. But more importantly, the service is top notch. Tonight I went to go pick up our order. When I got back to my car to wait, I couldn't get my car to start because the battery in the key fob died. I didn't have my phone with me either. The owner let me in past their pick up only door in order to use his personal cell phone to call my family and then to Google how to get my car to start. This is not the first time the owner has been a genuinely helpful and nice person.

Because of Covid we have not eaten at many of the good restaurants we like here in Richmond, Thai Smile is one of them.we ordered Pad Thai with no meat. It was so good and tasty, I sure have missed it!

Delicious and authentic. Get the Bangkok combo with shrimp and at "Thai hot" heat level - PHENOMENAL! Daughter got the pineapple chicken, also delicious. Oh and the chicken cakes are spicy, but not too much so & it comes with a sweet dipping sauce. 5 stars!

Amazing place I had never seen. Their noodle is really good. I recommend 'Pad Kee Mow with beef'. This place become the landmark of Richmond, Ky.

My all time favorite place for food. I could eat sweet and sour chicken with noodles every meal for the rest of my life. I have been eating their food for close to 10 years, they never disappoint. I love the big portions as well.

The best Thai food I have EVER had. Try the Bangkok combo, pad Thai, drunken noodle, pineapple curry, or golden chicken and you will be coming back for more! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
