Jamerican Market & Take Out Restaurant

After reading all the not so good reviews regarding the Food not having flavor; I was reluctant to try it. I am a die hard Fan of Caribbean food; I also like my food spicy. With all that said; I decided to give it a try anyway. What I discovered was the food is not full of SODIUM! This is what a lot of us are use to when dining out. However! This is exactly what I am trying to eat less of. So if you’re like me, and can’t stay away from Caribbean food; but you also want to enjoy a healthy lifestyle; and want to stay away from harmful pharmaceutical drugs. By ALL means this is a place you want to try! Oxtails were very good; cabbage was amazing, and portion was very filling! I will go back! #my2Cents #Homechef #lovetocook I agree the gentleman could smile and show a little enthusiasm when waiting on customers; this alone can prevent me from returning; I want to know you’re happy I came to your establishment and let me know you appreciate my business. I am spending my hard earned money.

CONS: Often out of beef patties, but they're home made with ingredients from the other side of the state for quality and delicious when they're in. Often cash only. Parking often an issue, but that's the city's, not the store's fault. PROS: Positively massive portions, friendly service, no line, can call in orders. Homemade Caribbean cooking cannot be beaten.
