AUTHENTIC! Tacos La Lingua were great as well as the Tacos Pastor. Their pupusas were really great too. I tried the empanadas, mashed plantains wrapped around a coconut custard, they were awesome!

The Carne Asada Tacos were good. My whole family liked their meals. The fried bananas are not so much my thing but many people like them.

Most authentic salvadorian food around.
I have tried most places around the area and they are good, however this place its different.
They natural drink taste like actual fruit and not like store bought artificial drinks like most places.
Don't let me get started on the pupusas and empanadas. They are just as great as the ones i use to eat back in el Salvador.
Long story short, if you in the area, pay them a visit. You will not regret it.

I’ve been living in Richmond for over 14 years since I moved from El Salvador. Since the time I move here, I had not found a decent pupusas around the area. Everywhere I went pupusas tasted like plain and floury. I gave this place a try and to my surprise pupusas tasted amazingly 98% authentic. I’ll highly recommend this places if you want to try good pupusas

Awesome experience! Came with my Mother to try something new and we were delighted by this place, lots of comfortable seating inside and out, brightly decorated in Central American style. Our server Alex wes great, he took time to answer all our questions about the menu. First we tried the empanadas and platanos fritos. Both were amazing! Then I had the pollo la plancha and it was perfect. My mom had the shrimp (camerones) and she loved it. Very generous portions and reasonable prices.

Ordered pick up from here for lunch today, ordered food for three people and it was more than enough! The pupusa's were phenomenal and the natural juice drink is amazing, will be a repeat customer while in RVA :)
