I normally don't go to many fast food restaurants, but I was out running many errands. Decided to take a chance on Wendy's because it was right there. Went through the drive-through and placed my order for a cheeseburger combo. The cashier was very patient and made sure my order was exactly what I ordered. I pulled over into the parking lot to eat and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious my cheeseburger was. The bun was large and very fresh and the burger outstanding! I could not have gotten a better burger in a regular type of sit down restaurant!. I will definitely be making a special effort to go back to this Wendy's...located on Midlothian Tpke in front of the Kohls and Target stores that are near Chesterfield Town Center.

The food is good by fast food standards, and it is fairly nice inside. The biggest flaw here is the service, sometimes it's fine, but sometimes it's actually dreadful. I haven't had negative experiences in recent times though, so it appears that they have gotten their stuff together, for now at least.

So many options. Great member benefits on-line. They have gotten me ready for breakfast and lunch plenty of times.

I ordered Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant Sandwich at the drive thru. I had to pull over to the side and waited 5 minutes. When my order was ready & brought out the associate was nice and had a lovely on her face. My order was freshly made.

Clean bathrooms, dining room, and ordering station. Has high chairs and wheel chair seating. Newly remodeled so it includes a nice looking but utterly pointless four person lounge seating area around a fake fireplace. Lots of bar seating. Has the self service coke fountain machine with dozens of drink / flavor options. Service was prompt and professional.
