Best Ice cream, great flavors to choose from.
I Love this place. I have been buying ice cream, peanuts and candy from the Peanut shop for years. You can smell the fresh aroma of peanuts cooking. I get the Blue mints all the time that melt in your mouth. Staff is very warm and nice. I am a weekly customer who enjoys everything about The Peanut Shop.
I used to work here like 6 to 7 years ago, and I'm excited to see the shop is still running smoothly. Haven't been by the shop in like 4 or 5 years. I stopped by there today and the store is so beautiful. Same people still running the place so I know the customer service is still great. I still get the same warm feeling entering the store as I did back in high school. Freaking love this place.
This place is great! Just went here for the first time, live in Church Hill. Nice to see a no frills place that does things good! They don't make the ice cream, but it sure is good. The chocolates seem really nice for gifts, and they make the peanuts there. Will be my future ice cream spot if possible! I wish they had some seating though. And needless to say, don't believe the review below that says they are closed! they are open now, at least
We have been going here for years. The elder gentleman that use to own was so sweet. Today we went in there I was sad to see he wasn't there. But of course we still brought some of there wonderful ice cream. Banana pudding ice cream and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. 😋
It's got that old time candy store vibe.
Me and a friend stopped in and got ice cream and some buffalo nuts. Both were very tasty and the service was great! I'd recommend this place
I love the Peanut Store. I've been going there since I was a kid and I take all my kids there now. A pillar black business and it's like a step back in time. Candy is weighed by the ounce and real ice cream flavors. I hope it never goes away.
I like this shop. You will spend some money but for fresh cooked or picked nuts you can't go wrong. You get what you pay for and that's high quality nuts of all varieties as well as excellent customer service from the women who makes you want to keep buying more. I will return again because of that warm welcome.
