Excellent chicken and dining experience. We got the tokoyoki, beef sliders, Korean tacos, chicken tenders and the chicken wings. The portions for the chicken are massive. The 20 piece tenders could easily feed a family of 4 or more. The wings were huge! The breading on the chicken is so so crispy. The staff is very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. I will definitely be coming back.

Joyful experience. Portions were huge, service was sincere and overall satisfaction was 100%. Wings were super duper spicy, but the side of veggies and kimchi helped keep it under control. They have pink lemonade! Left with a whole ‘nother meal as leftovers. I’ve heard this is a chain so will be prowling for more spicy Korean fried chicken very soon.

Holy moly, these wings are tasty! The spicy is just enough heat. Great service, good atmosphere, and probably the best breaded and fried wings I've ever tasted. I'll definitely be back to try some other items on the menu.

Bonchon is the best place to get the Boneless Chicken in Soy Garlic sauce or Spicy sauce! Chicken was very tender and tested so good!

This is a cool not fast food fried chicken place. It serves as a great example that basically every country does fried chicken, and that Korea does it well. The prices seem a bit steep until you see how much you get. We fed our family of 4 for about $40 with chicken and a pork bun appetizer. The staff was friendly and attentive. Plan to spend between 45 minutes and an hour there. They lost a star because the building itself needs attention. The bathroom has a hole in the wall, and could use more attention, and ceiling tiles in the entryway were down.

Best Chicken Wings I ever had in my LIFE!!! Amazing ambiance, excellent customer service; I'm talking above and beyond! I ate here my entire stay in Richmond and Erica was the cherry on top of the whipped cream, on top of the icing, on top of the cake!!! Please come to Atlanta!!!! I'm even bringing my sister back some on the plane sorry...not sorry! Thank you for this joyful experience I will never forget.

After being told to visit Bonchon by a couple different people I swung by this location after picking up a relative from the airport. The chicken strips are an amazing size (you could split a small between two people, or take some home for later) along with the drumsticks. I will caution that the spicy is definitely HOT and not a mild sauce (which is to be expected, but just as a fair warning). If I find myself near another location I'll visit again.

Great Korean double fried chicken. It reminds me of tempura chicken. Good sauces quick service. It was fairly priced I got the medium combo with a beer and it was under $30... I am a fan!!!

Anytime I'm in Richmond and eating by myself, I love to eat BonChon. The chicken strips in soy garlic are my favorite. Paired up with some steamed rice and radish..Yum Yum. It was delicious.
