Stella's

Food is overall very good and the ambiance is intimate but nice, albeit bit cramped and can get fairly loud. Our server was prompt and attentive. The octopus appetizer was good but bit too salty. The main entrees were pretty spot on for what we ordered. I am not particularly a fan of Greek cuisine but if you were looking a good Greek restaurant, I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Not sure if there is parking in the back, but since the restaurant is in a residential area, you'd better be prepared to parallel park. They are open for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday and dinner only on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.

By far the best dining experience I've had in Richmond. I don't think I can say anything new than what other reviewers already said. Food, service, ambience are great. What I will say, though, is that you can just tell when people care. The owners clearly care about their employees, and the employees clearly care about the customers. You'll feel it when you're there.

I came here because of its rating on other platforms. While the drinks were not fantastic- very limited cocktails/no juice. What we did get was okay - would have been better without ice? - the rest is wonderful! We had the special salad and lamb lollipops. Amazing!!! The zucchini was okay but the Taziki was delicious and flavorful. We had the “greek pop tart” which was full of cheese with lemon, honey and sesame seeds - so unique! The shrimp santoroni was DIVINE! BUT THE DESSERT- 🤯🤤- chocolate hazelnut baklava with the most amazing salted caramel gelato. I’ll be back just for that!!! Excellent service. Cool vibe.

Stella's is fantastic! The food is always so good. Service is excellent. Try one of their inhouse made drinks. I ordered the daily special which was halibut. Tatziki sauce on the bottom with grilled brussel sprouts, cauliflower, fingerling potatoes and asparagus. Wow! The halibut was cooked perfectly. The sauce on top was delicious. The vegetables underneath were amazing. The flavor profile of the complete dish was just out of this world. Of course you have to have some dessert. We went across the street to the store and got kadafi and baklava. Perfect addition we enjoyed at home. So stuffed lol but a good stuffed.

Everything about this restaurant was excellent. The food, the service, the atmosphere, absolutely everything was fantastic. Our waiter, Jon, was so respectful and kind. He took time to explain some of the dishes to my wife and I and went above and beyond to ensure we had an exceptional dining experience. Do yourself a service and come dine at Stella's!!

What a gem this place is, uncovered by a local friend! The food is absolutely delicious, authentic, perfectly done Greek fare, great atmosphere, good drinks, and fantastic service. The server, John was attentive, funny, present but not overbearing. Though we stuck to meze and salad, we ordered way too much food and ended up with a take-way bag at the end. Also, right across the street they have a wine bar and a small supermarket selling all sorts of yummy specialties. The beauty of it is that you can consume everything at the outdoor tables they have in front of the place...loved it, will most likely come back. Update: have been back four more times since May. It just gets better! Most authentic Greek food this side of the pond, to rave about! Atmosphere and service just add so much love to this place, it's a really amazing experience all around. Kona served me sitting solo at the large communal table in the middle of the restaurant and he was brilliant. The Halibut special was to die for. Portions are generous and everything is prepared to perfection. I also went to their grocery store across the street and bought a bunch of other goodies to go! Ευχαριστώ πολύ
